What a great stop in a small town. I really enjoyed the fresh chips & salsa while waiting for my Asada de Puerco, which far exceeded my expectations. Everything was fresh and delicious. My wife had a Hawaiian Supreme burger and fresh cut fries.

If you're heading up I-35, close to Wichita, stop in and enjoy!

4 of us rode our bikes from Derby and ate here. I had their meatloaf special. It tasted almost as good as my homemade meatloaf 😊😉. So very delicious! Everyone with me thoroughly loved what they ordered. Everything came out warm and fresh.

Worth the drive from Wichita. They have delicious food, literally anything you order is really good! This is the kind of restaurant that has someone that truly loves to cook and makes it good! It’s the closest food to homemade. You may wait a little more for your food, but nowadays is hard to find reliable people, specially in smaller towns, so be a little patience if it happens to be a little while, it will be worth when you taste the food! Also, those delicious cinnamon rolls are THE BEST homemade I’ve ever had, you can share with your partner as they are a good size! Best restaurant within a 60-mile-radius I would say!

The waitress I had is very personable. The place is well taken care of, and it's the type of food you hope to get at a cafe. Everything is reasonably priced and I enjoyed the experience and the food a lot!

We traveled to Belle Plaine for our daughter’s basketball game on a Saturday morning. We stopped here for breakfast afterwards. Everything is made from scratch and amazing! Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

We stopped in for breakfast. The sausage was great. The hashbrowns eggs and pancakes were nicely prepared. Had a whole pot of coffee in a caraffe on the table. Waitress kept us served.

What a delicious meal I've had both times I've been and not a long wait at all...this is a ray of sunshine even where it's located the food is worth it.

The restaurant it's very welcoming, old country style with home cooking feeling, exploding with flavor. David can cook country and latino foods so he welcomed me and my family with open arms and treated us like if we were part of his family.
Not going to lie, my family and I were in a food coma after the delicious dishes. I personally recommend the "carnitas".
Will recommend it and will come back soon.

Me and a friend took a road trip and ended up at David's diner. Nice place, clean, excellent service. And the food was so good and large portions. Will definitely go back.

This place is a serous hidden jem. The food was fantastic, service was good. Prices aren't that bad for the amount of food you get. Take a quick detour off the highway for some comfort food at this place!

I go here after church every Sunday and the service is always immaculate. I love seeing friendly and smiling faces when I walk in. I feel like I'm family. It's always a good place to sit down, eat and enjoy family time. The food is also in a major variety but the cook does amazing. Never messes up mine or my family's.

Excellent food and service. Plus supporting a small business in the community is always worth it. Very friendly and if you order same thing whether food or drink they always try to remember for next time.
