Blossoms and Butterflies

Every time I shop at Blossoms and Butterflies, I am excited to see the new products they have available and their floral arrangements are absolutely beautiful. There are always a wide variety of prices so you can spend a little or more! The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

I order my Great Aunt a REAL CHRISTMAS TREE with decoration to be sent to the nursing home and was charged 50$. My Great Aunt recieved Poinsettia. When I called that day the lady told me she was out of Poinsettia!?!?!?!?
So how did they magically find one and why was it so expensive. I'VE NEVER SEEN A POINSETTIA COST 50$
Then when I called the lady said my choices where a real Christmas tree or poinsettia but I recall she assured me that she would send my aunt the real Christmas tree with decorations.
Then she told me her poinsettia cost 30$ for the smaller one and 60$ for the large. I was done talking to her because I felt like she took advantage of the situation.
My fiance called spoke with her a bit then she told him that her poinsettia run 65$ and up.
Why two stories why not just make it right the first time.
Never again.
