Shaina was an excellent salesperson and went above and beyond to help me out. After hearing my stories with previous phone she even sold me screen protectors installed them and provided insight as to why she believes in them. Excellent job, hope this person is around d for awhile, one of the best I have worked with for over a decade now.

I read the reviews for this store and they were very good so I decided to get my new phone at that location. A lot of reviews praised Shaina and after my experience, I discovered all those praises were well founded. She was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. She got everything transferred over to my new phone plus found me discounts on my bill and other things that I purchased. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend Shaina and the Devils Lake store to anyone.

Shaina Bell is the best! She helped us navigate the process to replace a stolen phone and made it look so easy. We also decided to add a line and trade in a phone and though there were many steps, she made the process quick and painless. I highly recommend anyone with phone issues go to Shaina Bell at BeMobile in downtown Devils Lake. It’s a busy place at times but Shaina multi-tasks well and is sure to acknowledge every person who walks through the door. She goes above and beyond!

Great customer service, had an issue I've been dealing with for over a year and they fixed me up in just the matter of a week. Shaina and Derek did an amazing job, definitely will be back!

After having trouble with getting help with an online representative from Verizon, who told me he would call me back shortly, and he never did, I became a little concerned as the afternoon was nearing the end. I was so disappointed that I never heard from him again, and I still haven't. So, I drove to the nearest Verizon store which was about 30 miles away in Devil's Lake, ND. A young gal named Shaina greeted me immediately, as I entered the store and helped me right away. Her coworker also assisted in answering a few questions while I was there. Shaina helped me with ordering a new phone, as I found out that's what it came down to. She was nearing the end of of her day, but wouldn't give up on making sure all my contacts, photos,etc, we're transferred to my new phone. We weren't sure if it could be done because my old phone was not opening up or working properly. I was so grateful for her eagerness, kindness, and ambition in successfully getting this done, and being a great salesperson to me. I would recommend anyone to go to this Verizon store and let them know how wonderful my service was there.

Had a excellent experience, The store was very busy and there was only one employee there. Shaina was a big help with everything. She is very knowledgeable, and has more patience then the average person. as there was a very rude customer in there. she handled the situation very well, resolved there issues in A very timely manner, also the couple before myself.
