Always let us know when the pick up changes. Very good customer service. They do a good job. Reliable! I also need to add that I was late getting my garbage out one day, and when they drove back by, they stopped and pulled my garbage across the street and dumped it! Thanks so much!!

they pick up garage as agreed. I have a contract with them that was agreed upon at a reasonable price. If due to weather they can't pick up garbage, I am informed as soon as possible, communication is important.

Our major experience has been with the drivers who are always very professional, courteous, and friendly. At one point there was a pricing confusion, which calling the 800 number eventually resolved.

Does a great job. Always on time! Answers any questions we may have.

Only issue we have is there isn't any consistency of what time they will show up. Sometimes it is by 11, sometimes it is 3 or 4 and other times it has been 6 or later. None the less, they show up and for that we are thankful 😊

Only issue is every other week recycling. You want us to recycle and help the environment but you only pick up twice a month. Our recycling is full at one week. Seems hypocritical when trying to encourage recycling.

Good service. Need to get their notices to us sooner. Didn’t pick up on our day and got the notice that night.
