Great small town local food. Excellent service.

Once again. Very good food and great service. We ordered pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and an omelet. We had asked how is the gravy and our waitress actually brought us a spoon sample.

Soooooo good. Stop if you're in the area.

The food was delicious and fresh. The service was fast and friendly. They had a clean place and comfortable seating.

Pleasant surprise in small town north Dakota. Caramel bun and biscuits and gravy were beyond delicious

A few decades ago everything was homemade and today, everything is STILL homemade. One of the last gems of a true diner experience. I rarely order just a cheeseburger when I go out but the burgers at North 40 have something about them that hands down makes it one of the best out there. Many dishes will come looking well beyond your expectations from what I’ve seen that others with me have ordered. Order the cordon blue sometime to see what I mean because it’s absolutely a Chef worthy made plate. Plates are enormous, prices are fair, and it’s pretty common to see people rubbing their belly with a big smile on their face as they walk out.

Food was exactly what you'd expect from any small town diner. Friendly staff and paid $60 for 5 people. Kudos to North 40!

Excellent food and excellent service, except that the waitress was a Packer fan, hahaha! Highly recommend it if you are in Rolla.
