I’ve been in now about 5 times and every time the lady who cuts my fabric out for me is sooooo kind and helpful. She might be the manager I’m not sure but I just have to comment on how helpful she is. She was able to save me money as well by showing me their website. Love this place! Great customer service!

Found exactly what I needed and on sale so even better. Craft and fabric sections well stocked. So many choices. Lots of cute halloween fabrics and decor. Even the halloween socks were hard to resist.

Wife just received a Cricut machine. We have visited Joanne Fabric more in the past two weeks then we did the previous 25 years.

I placed a mobile order and was blown away by the associate Laura! I called ahead due to a tech error on my end since I was using pick up for the first time! When I spoke with Laura they were quick to reassure me my order went in correct and it would be ready later that day! I fully expect it to be a bit since it was the day after Christmas. But it was ready for me in no time!! I can not stress how Laura made me feel truly important! I’m new to crochet / amigurumi and Laura’s words of encouragement really melted my heart!!

Fantastic selection of halloween and season fabrics, far better than a local quilt shop I went to. Seemed like almost everything was on sale from 30 to 60 percent, which was good because normal prices are on par with Hobby Lobby.

Great selection of fabric, sewing items, yarn, cricut accessories and kids crafts! Tons of selection for home decor as well. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

My customer experience was amazing. I forgot to get the coupon that had and turned out it wouldn't have been valid yet. As it was out of date and there were more than willing to take back the merchandice May be on my way so on Monday or Sunday I'll be back with me to complete my purchase which will bring my purchase total down from $90 to $48 Always such a great place to shop.

With ALL the sales & door busters, its was fun and inspiring to be shopping there with my mom. We saw so many Christmas ideas, and the dollar mask special is amazing! They will make great stocking stuffers

Ah, Joanns, my greatest ally. You always have the fabric I'm looking for, the ribbon I need, the perfect embellishments. My sewing projects are made so much easier. Staff tends to have some pretty good advice, too.

Great variety of products for a wide range of potential projects. Reasonably priced while offering a great selection. I genuinely prefer to shop where I am not treated like a shoplifter or an inconvenience to the staff when interaction is necessary. Love the staff!

I adore this location. The workers are amazing. Well lit, good merchandise, and the spot fabric variety just can't be beat (seriously, I haven't seen such a huge variety in all of the other stores I e been to here, in Austin, & San Antonio). Primo!!!

I needed a new cutting mat, I called and they had 2. I asked that they hold 1 for me and I would be there shortly. They held it at the checkout counter so I could just step inside the door, pay for it and be on my way. I appreciate that kind of service.

This was a spare of the moment stop for a decoration item. So glad I did though, the sales were amazing! I was happy with my purchase. Check them out!!

This is a very well organized store, I was able to find everything I needed and the store associates were very friendly. My only complaint is that the store associates are not enforcing the mask policy. I saw several people walking around the store with no mask on which makes me very concerned.
