My husband and I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. We are very particular in what we are looking for when in the market for a new or used vehicle. Don Sayler has always treated us fairly and worked to fulfill our requests. I love that I can go in and give a "wish list" to him for my next vehicle and he'll will try his best to find my perfect vehicle with the specific features that I want. (Example: used Chevy Tahoe, Z-71, third row seat, sport package, black with gray leather interior. My husband had certain requirements like year, mileage, and engine size, etc.) Don found us a Tahoe in our price range, and with low miles. It was everything we wanted and more. Why would we shop anywhere else when this dealership will work like that for our business? Pfeifle's is a smaller dealership that has access to a lot of the same things the bigger dealerships do without passing the expense onto its buyers in order to pay for those big, fancy showrooms and large employee payrolls. Sometimes smaller is better, and from our past business experiences, it has gotten us "more" for our dollar. Thank you Don and Pfeifle's for being our preferred dealership!

Great deal and customer service after the sale. We will make the 2 1\2 hour trip to do business with them in the future. Preston was wonderful to work with.
