The young lady that assisted me was very helpful and gave me a lot of knowledge and information. She stayed past the time she was to close on a Saturday afternoon. Go see them for your flooring needs, carpet, vinyl ceramic or other suggestions.

Terrible customer service. The person in the store acted like she was doing us a favor by telling him "him" we need flooring. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I was referred to them by some of the locals, but apparently, you have to know someone to actually have them do anything for you. It's another business in Smith Center that provides services they offer based on your name. Suggest finding a professional business that actually wants your patronage.
