Buckshot Inn

My kiddo and I recently stayed at the Buckshot Inn passing through on our way to visit family, and we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was quiet, clean and the bed was pretty darn comfortable. The location was great as well, being within walking distance of a couple of different restaurants. We had the opportunity to meet the new manager of the building and he was a helpful, kind and informative about the area. I would for sure bring my family here to stay again.

Stayed here one night. We arrived around 10am and the manager got us in our room by noon. Old fashioned, clean, priced low. Beats staying 80-100 miles away at a name brand hotel/motel. Can’t complain. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to be in Smith Center.

Awesome place to stay. The only place that would answer their phone. And they called me back. And set me up a room to stay in cause I wasn’t getting in until 5:am and let me sleep until I got up like at 12:30 and only change me for one night. Awesome place clean and friendly people Highly recommend

Even though they're in the middle of updating, they still manage to provide great customer service and clean, comfortable rooms. For such a small place in a small town - they give all their guests a Huge welcome! I'm going to tell everyone I know coming thru to stay here. Thanks to the managers & staff for such a pleasant stay.

I drive cross country and out of all the places I've stayed, this is one of my favorites...the staff is more then accommodating and they even have a laundry room so I could wash my clothes. The room I stayed in was "HOSPITAL " clean and it even had a really cool 1 of a kind paint job that made me feel relaxed and cheery..next time I'm in town I will definitely be staying here and hopefully get the same room 😁👍👍👍

I have had plenty of friends and family stay with Stan and Kim at the Buckshot Inn over the years with no complaints just compliments.This is a very clean and well managed motel. The owners Stan and Kim Smith both grew up in Smith Center. They will make sure you are treated well during your stay in Smith Center. Great place to stay and nice owners to get to know!!

I've spent a few days here each week for the past 3 months while traveling for work. Rooms are kept very clean, convenient mini-fridges in rooms, great owner/operators. I will and have recommended it to others.

Quiet and clean place to stay for the night.
Owners were friendly and accommodating.

It was like home their updating everything and I appraise them I had driven 15 hours from Montana trying to get home but was so tired and stopped they were super sweet and the bed was so comfortable and the room was clean and felt like home I will definitely be back if I come through again

We stayed here for three nights while getting work done on our Excel fifth wheel. It is very clean and the owners, Stan and Kim, are very helpful and gracious.

I stayed here on 2 separate occasions. Great place and affordable. The bar and grill behind served soon of the best food.
