Center Fire Pizza

If you get a chance to hit up Center Fire Pizza, I definitely recommend it. The pizza and salads are fantastic and Mark and Susan are the friendliest couple around. They even have cauliflower crust for those with a gluten intolerance. The food, conversation and service are all five star. We drove 8 hours to get pizza from them. Make the drive! You won’t be disappointed!

Outstanding place to get authentic Italian style pizza. I guess the rest of you people can eat your other pizza too because they will make anything. They have good salads too and you don't even have to be a vegetarian to enjoy them. Cultured people will just enjoy it more. Looking for this place to be in the Kansas magazine 10 best list.

Best tasting pizza for a small town with authentic Italian sauces and ingredients. Well done. Hand raised dough cooked in a wood fire oven, can't be beat.

Mark and Susan run a top notch pizza spot that is definitely a destination if passing through north central Kansas. The best pizza I’ve had. It’s authentic, and doesn’t taste like the pizza from a chain restaurant. I highly recommend Center Fire Pizza if you are looking to spend some time with great people, great food, and a great atmosphere.

Working in Smith Center for a week. Center Fire Pizza was recommended as a place to eat while I was in town. I love pizza and always enjoy supporting local businesses vs chain restaurants during my travels. This pizza did NOT disappoint. I don’t always eat the pizza crust but on this pizza, I did! Great service, too!! If I come back into town, I will be ordering there again.

We came at a busy time, the food was still made to excellent standards and the staff were amazing both at keeping the pizzas going but remembering that I had a food allergy and keeping track if it through the process. The pizza them selves were also amazing, perfectly cooked and the perfect amount on toppings cheese and crust. Will be coming back

We were in the area hunting and saw the reviews... This isn't just one of those places in a small town that everyone swears by, but is truly just mediocre. This pizza is next level. From the ingredients to the dough, it is all meticulously selected and expertly crafted. The owners are great people and only added to the experience of their wonderful food. YOU MUST TRY THIS PIZZA!

This is a great little place! Pizza done right! Friendly family service from people who seemed to really care about their business. It doesn't seem like much from the outside but most definitely worth the trip! Only improvement maybe add some beers to the menu?

The Greatest Pizza Ever made! JUST THE BEST! The isn't a place in the world with nicer owners, great food, fantastic fellowship. The pizza is just out of this world, Salads are delicious, sandwiches are so good and fellowship and service is the world's BEST. I'd eat there every day if I lived in Smith (Middle) Center. The family that own and run it ate the nicest and so super with their service. Just a Super Fantastic Pizza Pkace.

The owner took the time to make me an individual pizza (size not on the menu). Had a barbeque chicken. Very good and very reasonable. Owners were very pleasant.

Literally the best pizza I have ever had in my life. Luckily got there and it wasn't busy but apparently that Is very rare. The staff were amazing and incredibly friendly

I just can't speak highly enough of Center Fire Pizza! We had a large group for opening weekend of pheasant season so pretty much ordered at least one of everything on the menu. There wasn't a single thing that I did not like! The dough just melts in your mouth and the explosion of flavors is something that just can't be explained! I have not had better pizza and am pretty bummed that I don't live closer but will make it a point to drive my family to Smith Center to get it again!

Not only are the people there wonderful but the pizza, salads, and calzones are mouthwatering delicious! This place is great fun in, take home or even a harvest meal (my farmers LOVE it). Our family loves this place and we will continue to eat lots of pizza as long as they will feed us!

Great Artisian style pizzas done right. The dough has a great snap to it and the stone fire oven cooks to perfection every time. The Margarita and Mediterranean pies are Divine! A must try if you are passing through

I had never tasted real pizza until Mark and Susan opened up! Best pizza and the wonderful owners chat with the customers to make sure everything is perfect! love these guys.
