Turtle Mountain State Recreation Area

Had an absolute blast out here. Some of the trails get a little tight but nothing too hard. We drove our polaris ranger around most of the trails. There were some we skipped due to time restraints, but we had a wonderful time. We packed lunch and had lunch out on the lookout. I would definitely recommend going and taking your time to enjoy the trials. We will definitely return to ride them again and explore some of the trails we didn't get to the first time. Maybe even go the day after it rains to have a little more mud to run through. Either way, it was a blast definitely recomend.

Beautiful scenery, this forest is actually thicker than the Paul Bunyan Forest in MN.. it's great riding for an ATV, a crazy fast slalom course, tightly between trees., a bit tight for a 64" side X side, and if it's a 4 seater you probably will not fit. It's a great time we have this on our list every year, it's only a section of land but it's so windy and compact you can ride it two days

Nice little riding area. Trails routed through trees, would rate this as a 1 out of 5 for easy vs difficult. Fun.
