Very kind and reliable staff. The treat my animals well and are very helpful. I’ve had several after-hours emergencies and they called me back promptly when no other vet in the area would pick up or return the call. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

Staff is super knowledgeable about animals, had a dog neutered here, no issues. Brought a couple dogs in for shots a couple times, never had an issue. Front desk help was always kind. Treated my animals well. No longer have any pets, but if I were to have another, would take to this vet. Thanks for all you did for my furry friends.

This place is awesome! They will help you in an emergency when the others won’t even return your call. My cat got his back skin torn off from an owl attack and Dr. Cantrell saved his life. Go here and not the other guys! It counts when there’s an emergency! Thank you.

I had to have a family pet put down. They were very accommodating to my needs. They gave me my options due to the the pet of what to do. Very professional very caring they love their jobs for they care for these little creatures very well.

Wonderful place I would not take our animals anywhere else. They are there when you need them night or day and they return your call at anytime of the night. Wonderful people.

Don’t recommend this place at all.. they won’t work with you. All they care about is the money and not helping others and caring for the animals. My dog was extremely sick and they wouldn’t even take him unless I had a big chunk of money. I will never be going back to this place. Really wish that other people won’t have the experience that I had.

Very disappointed with this Veterinary Hospital.. staff was very rude to me.. Vet came in asked us personal information wouldn’t even examine my animal even though he was very sick. She asked her receptionist to come in and ask us for money. The receptionist apologized to us several times and said she was sorry but that she had to do it because she was told to. Asked about money before they could even see him. They care more about them money than the actual animals. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Horrible experience and service ever!!! Had brought my male cat in last night for a emergency and Dr. Bailey was giving us attitude saying that, that is her sleeping time and isn't fair for them and etc. Also, on their website it clearly states that they accept payments but they don't! Not everyone is pooping out money! They wouldnt do the procedure unless id the money up front. Couldnt afford his surgery so id to ethuniazie my cat. Worst service ever!!!

Horrible experience! Went in to take my pet the other night during emergency hours cause he was really sick and all I got was attitude from Dr. Bailey. Their website says they can set up payments before a procedure but they dont, couldn't afford the procedure and had to euthanize my pet 😔.Will never take my pets there again!!

When I went there I took my very sick dog there he had parvo and when I filled out all the paperwork the vet told me that I needed to give her the money before the could see him I told her I needed about 20 bucks more and they told me they could not take him in my dog was not feeling good they are not good vets
