Used the drive-up. Very cordial with great service.
Food was hot. Will visit again. Prices have gone up considerably.

Speedy service (I ordered online), friendly. I planned to read and write, so I took earplugs, which worked for me. This outlet is within walking distance, so I'll go again.

Polite and friendly lady at the drive-thru. I requested extra onions for my salad. She asked me if I wanted the chopped ones or the sliced ones instead of just assuming one of the other. That was awesome! I hate it when people assume how my order should be when there are choices. I also asked if they had croutons for the salad, but she said they did not. Instead of just leaving it there, she offered me tortilla strips if I might like those. Again, that extra niceness.
When I got to the window I asked for a kind of sauce that I couldn't remember the name of. The lady who gave me my order said, "Here, just try couple of them", and did not charge me extra. Excellent experience and great service!

They are more efficient than any other McDonald's in town.

Was late, drive thru was a little slow, but overall the food was on point, fresh, hot, and delicious!

Good food, great atmosphere as always

Usually I am used to places having less “happy/excited customer service” when it is super late at night. With this being said, the drive thru workers were extremely nice and have phenomenal customer service. The experience was great! Thankyou

The Broadway Street site is a local favorite, and for good reason. The managers lead a solid team who understands the importance of customer service and attention to detail. More often than not, your order will be made quickly and consistently, with no errors. If there is ever a problem, the managers handle it with professionalism and respect. The architecture makes for a pleasant experience, not following the modern aesthetic of appearing as a dystopian tech company. The lovely golden arches around the building and comfortable interior make for a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend this particular establishment!

It's a McDonald's. What do you need to know? It has a bathroom and food that's identical to every other McDonald's. Just go and eat then get sick later. That's what we all do anyway. Stop wasting time seeing if this is the "good one in town". It's not any better than the rest.

Extremely impressed with the new store manager along with staff! Exceptional service along with innovative experience with the newest technology added to the store which allows you to actually place your order without the assistance of a store employee. Combine the self ordering along with online ordering and the option for delivery you have yourself one darn good business that will please many.

Visited this McDonald's on a Saturday evening before 7pm. Quick service. Drive thru order taker, cashier, and pick up window employee were polite. My Oreo McFlurry was delicious. I requested extra Oreos. The employees prepared it perfectly with an additional charge. Definitely will visit again.🍧🍪🍦😋

This is the only McDonald’s around that actually has ice-cream machine. They usually have a very packed line compared to other locations. But, you wait for a hot meal. The service is okay, but the managers seem to be on a roll. One of the best locations for McDonald's.
