good clean food. very welcoming. we had juices, smoothies, bowls (PB2, acai, buddha), beyond burger (with gluten free potato free bun), portabello panini, teas. liked breakfast so much we came back for lunch. would've done dinner, too, but we were just passing through and overnighted in cape g.

for folks who want to eat clean, MO/KY/IL can be a bit of a wasteland. so glad to have give Fresh Healthy Cafe

Service is great and the food is delicious and healthy! The Veg Buddha bowl is incredible! I could eat it every day. The Açaí Mega Berry Super Smoothie is ridiculously good. I can’t believe it’s a super food and healthy! Love it!

Great hummus. And even better staff. Especially Jenna. She's a absolute star. If she's not there I'm not eating there period. She needs to be promoted.

Absolutely loved it! I got the green lemonade, açaí bowl, and protein cookie. All of them were great — but the açaí bowl was my favorite! They all had great flavor, which made me happy since it was all natural and healthy ingredients. Service was great; I ordered curbside pickup and the girl who delivered my food was very friendly. Definitely will be coming back again!! Thank you:)

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with kind and friendly faces. They help you navigate through a diverse and delicious menu, not to mention that every option is nutritious and free from preservatives and added sugars.
I am so pleased with how they offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, AND snack options so you can visit any time of day. The drive-thru is SO nice when in a time-crunch and the outside patio is perfect for the beautiful fall weather outside!

I come there often to get my favorite avocado dream smoothie. Everybody’s always friendly, but there is one girl that sticks out because she goes above and beyond. Her name is Torianna, She is very knowledgeable about the restaurant and all the different choices they have to offer. I have managed restaurants for years and she is exactly the type of person I would want working for me!! Great customer service, always smiling, smiling and such an amazing positive attitude!

I was at your Cape Girardeau, MO location on 6-30-23 around 4:30. The person that waited on me was named Elle. She was the most professional and polite person. She was very accommodating. It is hard to find good hard working people. She’s gets an A+++ in my book.

I enjoyed a panini for lunch accompanied by the very flavorful quinoa salad. The panini was crisp on the outside and filled with fresh ingredients. It was everything I was hoping for! The staff was so friendly and you can tell this is a great place to work. I highly recommend Fresh Healthy. And there is a drive through!

Fresh Healthy Cafe is one of my favorite places to go to for food around Cape Girardeau. They have various different options to choose from whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. As a vegetarian there aren’t many options to choose from in the area and I really appreciate that at Fresh I can substitute meat on almost any of the menu items for a vegetarian meat so that i’m not limited to one or two choices. Along with the great food and various options, every time I have been, the staff has been extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend eating at Fresh!!

So happy Fresh Healthy has a location outside the hospital! The indoor and outdoor spaces are so inviting. A great place to get your fruits and veggies in a yummy way! Let’s show support and help them take off. These are the type of businesses needed in this crazy unhealthy world.

First time and will definitely return! Staff is very nice and helpful. We ordered panini sandwich meals with salads and tea. We also ordered smoothies and energy bites to go and they were so good!

Absolutely love everything about the new location!! Finally a place to get healthy food with a drive thru!! The staff is beyond amazing and so nice! My favorite is the paninis but I haven’t had a bad thing yet!
