Always a great experience with the local team here in Lamar. Caleb has been super responsive to all my questions and getting me the coverage I need for my small operation. From answering texts, to calls and emails, always super responsive and usually with great news that it's less than I thought it was going to cost to keep us insured. Thanks for great service and all the help so far.

I reached out to State Farm and spoke with Caleb Taylor, he helped me save a ton of money on my car insurance and home insurance with way more coverage than my previous provider. Another great thing about Caleb is he answers anytime I have a question. I called for a quote and ended up changing everything over thanks to his amazing service. So, if you need a quote or just need better insurance go to Caleb and he will help you out.

Megan McAdams is the absolute best! She is always willing to help and has went above and beyond for us many times. Definitely the best insurance facility to work with. Very understanding and caring. We have just relocated from California to Missouri and directly from signing for our new home we stopped in the State farm agency and the team from state farm along with Jordan began helping us secure our homes insurance. We were then able to get our vehicles insured at the same time. Both of the girls along with Jordan were able to answer all our questions secure our insurance in a very timely manner. It was a great experience and if everyone is as friendly as they are here in Missouri our new life is going to be great thank you for your help.

An office that truly challenges the insurance market by not selling a product! They do not care if you purchase anything from them, but rather that you leave the office with the proper information to make wise insurance decisions going forward. I love how welcoming and honest every member of the office is. Truly a joy to know that someone is there to offer an unmatched quality that far supersedes any of the competition. I've been with State Farm for several years, but the staff at Jordan's office is what makes everything so much better. The customer service, the knowledge, and just friendship brings everything together.
