I had a great experience with Cindy. Not only was our business taken care of professionally but I was treated respectfully and like a valued customer even tho my business was small. She took the time to answer ALL of my questions without making me feel like I was wasting her time, and even spent extra time with me sharing some of her personal experiences. I learned so much that day.

I've closed on multiple properties with McFadden Land and Title. They've always been more than accommodating, and prompt on closings. Even during covid, everything has been right on schedule.

Professional folks that will get the job done right.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use these people. They are unethical liars and should be out of business. They cost me thousands in time and money trying to close on a house when they new they legally couldn't. Coming from a former military person I forgot how corrupt and unethical people can be until dealing with this company!
