I rented a washer and dryer from this location. The management worked with me. Every member of staff was helpful and very professional to include the delivery and install. Only drawback was I applied online which had to be totally redone in store. That was a bit of a hassle. However, the way the employees treated me totally made up for it. Good products, great service, great employees.

We have bought lots of stuff from AARONS in cape girardeau mo. Love the staff very nice and helpful. If we had issue we always got help/ items fixed(understand that we had to wait for thing) but you cant help the service center , got a loner while thing was being repaired. No complaints here. Even though lots of people always find something to complain about. Great job KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

The customer service at this location here has always been wonderful, you can always get the things you want, and the crew they have is hands down the best from ac,eve,chris,cody, and shawn..... Was greeted by a warm lady by the name of Evelyn . Very knowledgeable on sales and kind got me the couch I wanted . Will be shopping there again . Called before coming in and spoke with a pleasant guy by the name of Cody ,he answered all my questions with ease . Thank you

Super helpful staff. I had an item not delivered on time, then the delivery truck had to be worked on. So a team member personally delivered it to me so i wouldn't have to wait much longer. Thank you!!!
