Applebee's Grill + Bar

I ordered the riblets platter with no sauce on them but on the side. I wanted to smell and inspect my food before I ate it. I purchased the riblet platter, this came with more riblets, but that's not what I received. I didn't want to make a big deal about it, so I didn't say anything. I ate my food, and left a tip for the waitress. She was really nice.

Today, I ordered the riblet platter. I spoke with my waitress, Akeida, for her to get her manager because I was promised some things from my last visit. I talked to the manager, Mrs. Anissa, who was very friendly and helpful. I explained my issue, and she said that she would fix it for me. She also showed me how they weighed the meat and how the plate and platter differed; It's weight, not pieces. She made my order, but I forgot to tell her that I didn't want any sauce on my riblets. They remade it for me and gave me fresh fries. I appreciate it. Thank you for being so hospitable to me.

We celebrated my mother's birthday last weekend here and let me tell you it was amazing. The service was fantastic, the food was wonderful and they even had a great dessert item.

I had the quesadilla burger which is wonderful, the fries were crispy and hot! Best fries i've had in awhile.

I have been told that the business dynamic has changed and it really showed on a busy Saturday night .We will be coming back again more and more.

I’m very picky when it comes to steak and we stopped in tonight for date night and we both had one of the best cooked and seasoned steaks we’ve ever had tonight…. we were told the cooks name was Christian….. so this is a shout out to Christian! The serving staff was great too.

Until last night, we hadn't been to Applebee's in several years. Everything was great--food, service, atmosphere. We're putting this restaurant back on our list of 'go-to' restaurants in Cape.

Had a great time. Server as incredibly nice and the food was delicious.

Anna was the server she is absolutely amazing!!!! Her customer service is superb!!! It’s our first time at the Cape Girardeau location

Sarah was great! She was very attentive to anything we needed! Fries could have been a little warmer, but overall...... great job!

Cape Girardeau Applebee's is an awesome place to go! Very nice workers! Always clean! This is my husbands and my go to place!

When in doubt about what to order, ask the waiter or waitress. We asked the waiter for recommendations and none of us were disappointed. Thank you Applebees for a great time. Our waiter did excellent job and the food was delicious.

Update.. came for the all you can eat wings, riblets, and shrimp. The first round was good. The 2nd.. not so much. Got 4 small wings , two of which were tiny and just breading, no wings. our waitress was a bit distracted, she disappeared for long periods but she did keep our water full. ...
Ordered appetizers. Got wings and a bowl of French Onion soup. It was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed her.

Naz is by far the best waiter my group and I have ever had. Before he started, we never went there. Now we go there weekly to see Naz and receive the best service every single time. Applebees has definitely improved tremendously since he’s been there!

Ok so hear me out. We went on Tue, May 16, 2023 to the cape G location and the bartender spotted us as we were sitting on the bench to wait lol but none the less the 1 star on the food, ok so my boyfriend got the ribs and fries his was phenomenal I got a chicken broccoli alfredo, and unfortunately mine was just very cold but that is to say the least we got fhe appetizers we had which were happy hour half price. But like the service was A1 and the atmosphere was great. Our server killed it..

Came in tonight as I do many nights a week and Naz and Taylor always give the best service and we have so many laughs during conversation! This place is great! Awesome drinks and food!

Excellent experience each time I visit. Although there are many restaurants in Cape - I always go to Applebees in Cape because I can depend on great service and good food. Keep up the great work Thomas and team.

Anna was our server tonight and she did absolutely amazing. We could tell that she was stressed but she held herself very professional. We will absolutely be back and only ask for Anna.

Have been going to see the same server Naz at Applebees almost every week with my boyfriend and friend. He gives the best service even while doing multiple jobs and even spares enough time to show us a quick magic trick! He makes it exceptional everytime!

I have been going to this applebees since i was a kid. I stopped going for the longest time because the service was terrible. But after giving it another shot and having Nazareth as my server a few times. I wouldnt have it any other way. This man is excellent with his service and deserves the most. Request him hes amazing, you will end up tipping well because he will earn it! Wouldnt go to this applebees if he left.

For a Sunday night before the 4th it wasn't busy at all, so we got attentive service throughout our visit. Two for $25 chickens strip dinners were fantastic. It was an excellent environment for us to focus on ourselves, without worry of needing to leave in a rush. I enjoyed the smalltalk with our server, was very pleased the food met expectation and tipped accordingly. I live away from Cape, and appreciate having this Applebee's available to go out with friends. They're always dependable and I plan on going back to this one again during a future visit to Cape.

Server was amazing, hot food, cold drinks. Great place off the highway but worth the few stop lights.

My Family Took me out to the Casino and out Apple Bees. I had never been Apple BeesGrill+Bar.My meal was Southwest STYLE Bowl. Steak,onions and red peppers, jalapenos, guacamole and rice, salsa. Fried Chips
