Every time you order something special you have a 20% chance of not having to go and have it corrected even the grill slip on this says plain as day. No onions. This shouldn't happen as often as it does.

I was so grateful they were opened late. First time traveling to this town so I didn't know that places to eat were limited...esp late at night. Thank you for being open!!!!

The new buy a sandwich; get one for a dollar is very nice.

I love their food selections. They get better every year.

I've been eating at McDonalds since 1965. You walked up to the front windows to order.

I remember when the "Sold a Million Hamburgers" was put up, and the double cheese burger signs were put up; in Springfield, MO.

I just got done getting my car inspected and decided to go to McDonald's for some breakfast and I wasn't even there for a full minute, I pulled up ordered my food and a drink and I didn't even have to put my car into park, I literally went to the window to pay and and then pulled up to the next window and my food and drink was ready to go, if I could tip them I would but instead I'm writing this survey because I was just that impressed with them. Thank you McDonald's for being fast and friendly, I'll definitely be coming back here again!!

Went in for a rest stop. Bathrooms were spotless. Place was really crowded so just went through the drive through for an order of fries. They were perfect and service was fast.

Who knew! Eldorado Springs, MO has THE BEST McDonald's! Friendly staff, food was fantastic (seriously!), the order was right... the first time! I'm thoroughly impressed! I mean, it was so good, hubby made a special trip inside to compliment them! Way to go little tiny town in the middle of nowhere! (We're in town from an hour north of Kansas City... we don't have good McDonald's near us! We almost kept on driving because 20+ McD's at home are dead to us!)

This is one of the best McDonald's that I have ever visited. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and hot. I stop here anytime I'm in El dorado.

The employees are helpful and know your order when you are a regular customer.

Busy busy busy , always friendly staff, food is OK it's the typical McDonald's usual. Not much exciting about it.

Get the iced medium iced coffee on the app for a buck. Add a shot of Expresso if you like strong or a extra shot of caremel if you like it sweet or add bothe for my favorite, a perfect mix of strong and sweet! Under 3 bucks either way. Yummm.

Wow what a treat to go into a McDonald's and be greeted with a smile and a simple how can we help you. Throughout the whole service I seen a employee deliver food to a table and even come back to see if they need anything or a simple drink refill. The place was very clean and the employees were just great. Awesome work guys keep it up

We are from OKC visiting family. We came through the drive thru and had a very large order. Everything was hot, fresh and served in under five minutes! The staff was very friendly and even got our special orders correct! Also, the presentation was great! You all need to come to OKC and show them all how to do it the right way!

I live within walking distance so Mc Donald's has become my favorite place. When I'm not to hungry I can grab something for later. I've used their app and my food is ready when I walk in. I'm greeted by friendly faces, warm smiles & it's always clean.

Its fast food...u pay for the convience...ppl forget that. They act like u stole ther first born child if they get cold fries. This team will fix any issues u have and make it a point to go BEYOND the expeced to make somting wrong right. Its a business birthed on first time jobs in a world were young adults are needing more time to teach the values and work ethics that they are nolonger getting at home. Be kind to ur fastfood workers all over, customer service is brutal. And if u have an issue DONT HESITATE TO ASK A MANAGER TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I love this location. I know for a fact they have one of the cleanest kitchens in the state. Can feed an army off the 1 2 3 menu.

Stopped in as traveling through. Place was clean and felt safe going inside. Employees wearing masks was comforting.

Always fast service . Today for the first time, a cashier, she appears to be a recent new employee, asked me " will this be for here". After I placed my lunch order I commented to her on that same detail, that of the many times I and my sons stop in for lunch I usually mention before I order that " this'll be for here" and usually those employees will ask " will this be for here".
