Driving this morning to work on a project, I Googled "flower shops near me" as I needed an arrangement. I knew nothing of this place, I live 50 miles away but I stopped in & was greeted by a sweet lady (Linda). I told her what I was in need of. She pulled out a few pieces, one that really caught my eye but I thought it could use just a little something extra. She was eager to assist me & I walked out feeling this was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I was So Pleased with the final project I took pics & just had to stop in & show her on my way home! I will definitely be using this place again even 50 miles away. Thank You & God bless!

My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary. She called me Saturday morning and asked where the house was. Said she didn't know if they delivered this far out and told me she may have to send the order to a different florist, but said she would call back and let me know. She didn't call back and the flowers never came. I called her that afternoon and left a message. Never called back, so I went to the shop Monday morning. She said she didn't have the flowers he had ordered in stock and couldn't get FTD on the phone. She made an arrangement then, which was very pretty. But she put them in a vase full of water for the long car ride home. No apologies.

My daughter had ordered flowers for my birthday. Linda called me on my birthday and said the weather was too bad to deliver them but she would definitely have them here the next day. The next day she called for directi ons to our home. I stayed on the phone with her while she drove and she complained the entire drive about having to come out here! She said if she had known where we lived she would never have taken the order and she couldn't believe anyone would live out in the country like this. When she finally arrived the flowers used were obviously some left over from Valentine's day. Within 3 days most of the flowers were brown and needed thrown out. I feel bad my daughter spent her money on this kind of service.

I ordered two arrangements online for Mother's Day for my grandma and mom who live in the area. The next day I receive an email saying the flowers were delivered. When I called my family to see how they liked them I was told they had to go and pick them up. Confused, I called the florist (who never gave me her name) and asked what happened and the woman told me they can't deliver that far out. I was confused since they have the same zip code as the florist's shop and when I pointed that out the woman argued with me and said they don't live in the same city. Again, I pointed out what the address was and she got aggressive with me saying they simply won't deliver them. So I asked for them to refund the delivery fee at the least since the didn't deliver anything which she said was fine and that it would go back on my card. She never took my information down. I asked her to revise the website to show they don't deliver to all areas specified on website and she continued to cut me off and told me she was too stressed out to deal with me and asked why I was doing this. I simply pointed out that it was wrong for my mother to have to pick up her own Mother's Day gift and would she be okay with her own mother having to get her own gift and that's when she hung up on me. I will never again order use their services.
