Nathaniel Kauffman was so easy to work with. No pressure ever, so knowledgeable, and the extra personal touches to make our buying a new Bronco, was above and beyond. Gene made the purchasing process so smooth. They have made lifelong customers from this transaction. It isn't often the owner, Harold,, of the establishment comes and visits with you during your purchase. We have bought several cars from other places and this is the first time that has happened. Staff was very friendly. I live over 200 miles away and the sales rep I worked with went above and beyond to answer my questions and sent me additional pics of the vehicle I was interested in before I made the trip. Even going so far as fixing a minor area of damage before I even committed to buying the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was fair and they gave me a fair trade-in for my old vehicle. Being able to drive a light weight to pickup a medium weight without the weight of a logbook, well, that let me take my time to stop and see some things that there isn't enough room to stop at in a heavy weight!
Almost have it the way I want it, for now.
Some parts are on backorder, for almost a year.
Something about 2020 or something.
Anyways, I'll be back out that way.
Saw a few streams I'm gonna see how many fish I can reel out of...
