Locked myself and my son out of my vehicle while grocery shopping and this sweet guy got to us within 10 minutes of my husband reaching out to them. Quick and saved the day. Can’t thank them enough.

I have a heavily modified Subaru STI and when i need a tow i ALWAYS call sperling. Fred is legit, super friendly, professional, and careful with my ride! He’s helped me out multiple times. Even in difficult spots, he makes sure my bumper clears and everything’s good. If you have a sports car / lower vehicle and are worried, put trust in this man. Will be asking for him for any future tows.

I was 2 hrs from Home and my Truck broke down on I-55. Sperlings was very helpful and willing to tow my truck with a 18ft trailer and utv home 120miles. Thanks to Sperlings my kids and I were able to make it home! Travis the drive did an excellent job with my truck and trailer!! Highly recommended!!!!

Car randomly stopped turning on etc Was perfectly fine and have no indications of a dead battery or other problems. Could not get my car to turn on all of a sudden and gave no key fob detected and would only click once and not turn on engine. I had no clue if it’s battery or something else died or wiring etc.

Called insurance and they dispatched Sperling’s Garage and Wrecker Service. Gave an estimation of 30-60mins but showed up in like 20mins. They helped me trouble shoot what could be cause, took a little tinkering but turned out something with the battery the connections on top weren’t tight enough and causing the issue out of nowhere to the fuse box (I don’t know much about cars lol). He got some tools and made sure all the connections were super tight and sure enough the car seemed back to normal. No error messages and turned on and off without a hitch.

The man’s name was Travis I believe who came out (Friday evening on 5/26). He was extremely punctual and seemed really knowledgeable and figured out what the possible problem was really quick about the loose connections. He gave me a small rundown of how it could have happened and if I for some reason have any other problems besides that then probably needs to go to dealer but after he tightened everything and we checked and tested it several times it gave no errors on my dash and started perfectly fine. I gave it a few laps around the block and turning it off and on after he left and so far so good and just told me to watch it for a few days if it happens again.

Again, thank you Travis for the help on a Friday night going into Memorial Day weekend being super fast and know y’all were probably busy with holiday weekend starting.

Had a flat in the middle of the Shawnee forest in Illinois. My insurance dispatched this company out for a tow. Everything went smoothly and they were able to locate me. I mean we were in BFE stranded 2.5 hours from home . Derek came at the time he said he'd come and he loaded my little jeepster without any issues and dropped her at the location requested. He was quick, super nice, and definitely saved my night.

Travis towed us 4.5+ hours home!!! We need a truck/trailer/boat hauled and he did so in a timely manner, very pleased!!! He was very friendly, helpful and answered all questions I had!!! Give them a call!!!

My truck wouldn't start, called for a jump. Driver arrived in a timely manner and got my truck going.

Needed a jump on my car battery in the middle of the night the other night.. twice. They were so nice and helpful! Gave honest advice on what to do about my battery and made sure I arrived home safely. Will definitely ask for them again.

Awesome service! David arrived promptly and took the time to assess my troubles throughly. I thought I was having battery troubles but it was a completely different issue. David was knowledgeable and eager to help. Within 10 minutes of interaction my troubles were over. Give that man a raise!

Our driver with Sperling's was wonderful and kind. While traveling from out-of-town, he arrived quickly, and helped us find a really helpful car shop. He ensured we weren't stranded there for the evening, and even helped us find a hotel and recommended places to eat. Really above-and-beyond service, so appreciated.

I locked my keys in my car and Sperlings arrived sooner than they estimated. The nice gentleman had my doors open with the first try and I told him I was so happy I didn't need to call my husband!

I called sperling’s about an half hour ago, they came in record time and it took maybe five minutes to get my car unlocked. If you ever need them, call Allen- he was so nice and helpful! Hopefully I never lock my keys in my car but if I do- sperlings will be the first place I call.
