Subway

Sandwiches are always good. I only had one bad sandwich. Drenched with mustard and I asked for lite.

I went there for lunch today and it was so good I stopped on my way home from work to get another sandwich for supper, I got cold cut combos both times, what sets this store apart from all others in Springfield is first of all this store is clean and the employees are genuinely friendly and professional, at Springfield stores I have to tell them several times that I want more onions, tomatoes, mayonnaise, etc. they skimp on everything terribly and are rude , the Ozark store the employees seem to ‘know’ exactly what I like.. and that’s what I call taking excellent care of customers, I’ll never go anywhere else except the Ozark subway where my sandwiches are excellent and tasty, I appreciate you! Thank you sincerely you stand out amongst all the others!!!!

My kids and I frequent the Subway near our apartment complex as it's within walking distance. We have always had a positive experience at this location, the employees are always friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is always clean. The food is wonderful and consistent and very fresh. I would definitely recommend this location as I have been to many other Subways in other areas and never feel quite as satisfied as I do here.

Ordered online using a ten dollar gift card I had received from work. Unfortunately the app would not allow me to split my payment. The store employees graciously worked with me to allow me to add more money to the gift card balance. That,in turn, allowed me to take advantage of an online only offer! For all the crew, including the manager, working between noon and 2pm on July 5th 2022, all my sincere thanks 👍

The ladies working the counter are extremely sweet. My roasted garlic aioli sandwich is delicious. I walked out with warm and tasty food. I'm sure I'll be back soon. :)

Very nice and clean store. Zed was incredibly helpful in taking and preparing my order, best service I've ever had at subway.

I don't give out a five rating often and when I do it's because something set the experience apart for the standard. This is the case with this subway location. The employees are always positive and engaging. The sandwich is made with the customer in mind not so much a quantity guideline on the toppings, everything happens in a timely professional manner and I have never seen it dirty inside. Highly satisfied.

For a Subway, this one is one of the best in the area. Always clean shop, always well-made sandwiches. But the best part of this store is their employees: Not only do they​ make your tasty meal, they do it with good humor and kindness, even when they​ have rude customers.
