We had an amazing experience today! Our lady helping us was so stinking sweet and patient with me and my daughters. She was so sweet to my youngest who has autism. It was so touching. One of our favorite stores💜 will for sure come back because of how amazing she was!

The lady that helped us was very kind and super helpful! Her conversation skills were amazing!! Loved talking to her!

The staff is 5 stars. Unfortunately, there is not a great selection of in-store devices apart from phones, and more affordable options for charging cables can be found elsewhere.

Lydia I believe her name was, she was very helpful, did not make me feel small or dumb because of my lack of knowledge about cell phones, phone was fixed can't say enough good things about her and this location.

The girl we worked with (I think her name was Nathalie) had a great personality and made us feel welcome in the store. She was very knowledgeable, provided good insight, and answered all of our questions. She worked quickly but never made us feel rushed.

Nathalie always goes above and beyond to get you the best deals on upgrades as well as the value out of your plan. She talks you through every step, is extremely knowledgeable, and friendly!

I had a great experience setting up my new phone with two knowledgeable, patient and kind employees. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the policies. They even assisted me in saving money on my monthly bill. I highly recommend working with the associates at the Watford City location.

Watford City Verizon store doesn’t get the credit it deserves. I had another great experience here this past Friday. Nathalie was knowledgeable, helpful, quick & friendly. I walked in expecting to order my items & leave but she helped me get everything I was wanting & set them up for me in a very timely fashion.

Recently stopped by for a tech support problem I was having getting into an email account. Couldn't for the life of me get in, and had SUPER important things to get around to! No one on the customer service side of things were able to help me, but a sales rep by the name of Tyler stepped up and took me through the recovery process! Stayed with me for over an hour helping me out, all while being incredibly patient and understanding of my issues. At the end of the day, we recovered the account. She was a huge help!

They were very helpful above and beyond their job duties, took the time to get my new phone completely ready.

Shay and Tyler are helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient! Shay helped me set up a new phone, transfer everything, put my new case on the phone and made sure I was completely taken care of before I left the store.
Two weeks later, I wanted to add a phone with very strict parental controls and Tyler exceeded my expectations with outstanding customer service. She set up the phone exactly as requested and double checked each feature.

The store employees are the best I have experienced in a long time. They worked together so well. I would be answering a question one asked me and the other was pulling what I needed at the same time. So knowledgeable, helpful, and empathetic. Best!

The sales rep was great and made the best of an unfortunate circumstance I created with my phone. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

Just a heads up Guys, Verizon requires that everyone who enters their store is required to wear a face mask. Let’s be kind and respectful to the employees who are required to enforce Corporate policies. I worked with Nathalie, who stayed with me from the beginning and to the end. As the store Manager she displayed excellent professionalism. Resolving problems with my phone that a Tech Support would usually be needed to be called upon, incredible knowledge, talent, and skill of store products. Making known all the options available, with the freedom and patience to decide when I was ready. I decided to take advantage of the upgrade that was available to me for some time. I forgot the timely process it takes to transfer info from my current phone to my new phone, given the amount of content stored. Nathalie stayed the course fine tuning my new, insuring maximum performance for my daily needs as a business owner and a customer of over 10 years.

Alex was extremely helpful. Very professional. Probably the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. I would definitely recommend her and the store she works at.

Tyler and another helpful, knowledgeable rep stayed for over an hour extra to accommodate me and my work schedule. They were nice, polite and helped me activate a new iPhone as fast and painless as humanly possible!
