We had to say goodbye to our beloved Socks, our almost 13 year old Boarder Collie. It was the hardest thing we've had to do. He pretty much grew up with our now 19 year old son, and was the best friend to our son, our daughter as well as my husband and I. It was a hard decision and an extremely emotional one. Thankfully we found McClure Veterinary Clinic that will come to your home for this most difficult time. Socks was surrounded by people that love him dearly, and he didn't become anxious due to being able to be at home, and he went to sleep very peacefully. The doctor was very respectful, kind and sympathetic to both Socks and the family. Thank you McClure Veterinary for helping us in this most difficult time.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and Dr Bacon at McClure vet. A sincere thank you to Dr Bacon, Beth, and the entire front office staff for saving my dog Maggie's life. You all played a role from getting my dog an appointment quickly to doing an ASAP surgery, and answering my many questions and helping me through everything. Thank you so much and Maggie thanks you too, she is back to her happy tail wagging, squirrel chasing, and excited to face every day self 😊

I have been to several other vets in town. But this is a great place to take your loved ones. They have treated us with loving care. One of my dogs is presently in heart failure. She could have kept her and sold me on all kinds of treatments, but she did not. She explained what the situation was and helped me understand what was to come. She has also come to my home when it was time to say goodbye to my blue heeler.

Took my cat in for dental extraction and cleaning. He needed 6 teeth pulled! They explained everything they were going to do before I took him in. Then they handled it very well and my cat is feeling a lot better. They gave after care instructions too. They're nice people and their prices are too. Only problem I have is they're so far from my house lol. Thanks for everything!

We love McClure! Friendly & knowledgable staff who have dealt with my timid & not so timid dogs with professionalism and ease! They don’t pressure me into buying unnecessary things and the app they use is amazing! Highly recommend

We have 7 senior dogs! We trust the entire team at McClure Vet Clinic with our fur babies. Dr. McClure is wonderful at diagnosing and explaining the condition and options with our pets. She takes time to listen to your concerns and treats your pets with kindness and care. She has surrounded herself with an exceptional support staff. They are always helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and take time to love on your pets.

Our sweet puppy was put down in the calmest and most beautiful way. Thanks to the Vet and staff for the understanding and care. Highly recommend this team.

Everyone was very friendly and showed so much love and caring towards our Sassy girl. They took special care of her and she had no problems after her dental work. They also gave us a great price and worked with us to make sure it fit our budget.

Dr. Bacon is a caring and understanding veterinarian, she’s very good with my dogs, and always answers my questions and concerns, she has an excellent staff I would recommend them to everyone. Just wanted to say thank you to all.

Appointment available within 24hrs for an urgent (not emergent) need. Also explained physical findings of our 9 year-old toy canine and what we can do to help when it presents.

There’s a reason the reviews are so high, this is an amazing practice! We have had 2 pets seen here, a dog and a cat. I felt both times that the veterinarian was very good about explaining treatment options without being pushy or trying to oversell services. Their prices are very competitive and they are upfront with those. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Really a great place! I felt both times that the vet knew what the issue was and what treatment would be the most effective.

Dr. McClure, Becky, Lindsey, & the entire staff go out of their way to take amazing care of my fur babies. I couldn’t ask for a better veterinarian that will even do house calls. Dr. McClure is very thorough & always takes the extra time to answer any questions that I may have. They are also very good about getting my pets in to be seen on short notice in any emergency situations that may come up. They are very reasonably priced & don’t charge for anything that they don’t feel is really necessary. I truly don’t think I could ever feel that my fur babies could be in any better hands anywhere else ever! Highly highly recommend!!

I am Ray of Hope Cat Ministry & McClure herself came for my 1st scheduled home visit to obtain the business licence. What a blessing she was to graciously come from Ozark to Springfield and review my files and exam my cats. McClure was very profession, thorough, and even took the time to educate me on caring for my cats. I plan on calling on McClure Vet for all my home visits.

It was so nice to feel like family immediately! My puppies were very relaxed and the vet and vet techs were super friendly and answered all my questions. I'm so happy I found McClure.

We have a senior dog and we didn't want to take her into a clinic so we called Greener Pastures to help us understand our dog's health situation. They were WONDERFUL from the lady at the office who helped us get her a mobile appointment to Dr. McClure and her assistant who visited our home. They were very gentle with her and gave us some suggestions to help her feel better. It was a very good experience and when it comes to hospice care, we will be asking Dr. McClure to help us transition.

Excellent experience. The staff is kind and caring. Dr. McClure is patient and explains options clearly and thoroughly. Our anxious pet who usually pancakes just inside a vet's door was calm throughout and left much more confident. We couldn't have been happier with our experience.

Dr. McClure and Dr. Zacharias have been wonderful to my fur kids. They’re affordable and compassionate.

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. The vet always takes her time and explains everything.
