Skinners Ribs & BBQ

First time to eat at Skinners Ribs &BBQ truck! The atmosphere when u pull up on the rock driveway already sets good vibes. The area and place was clean no clutter. The staff and service was fast friendly. The order was perfect I ordered a pull pork sandwich delicious. My wife got the ribs they were soft fall right off the bone. Her two sides were beans lil runny but still tasty. Potato salad for her second which was very cool nice flavor in every bite. I got the brisket & let's just say it was soft and the portion size was ok. I got the potato salad 🔥and second i got the skaw unique and not to sweet. Made a sandwich with the bun and brisket smothered it in there bbq sauce. The sauce was tasty. I will be back and recommend this spot if your on highway us 60 coming through the Ozarks! 💥

Wow. Have driven by for years. Always said we’d stop before the end of the season. Today was the day. Why did we wait so long. If ribs need sauce they aren’t good ribs has always been my philosophy. Her ribs DONT need sauce. But her home made sauce hot and regular when mixed is amazing so ya gotta put sauce on em. Fall off the bone literally just picking em up. We will be back! A lot!!!!

This place is definitely worth the stop and we try to on every trip down to the cabin. These folks know BBQ and they do it well!!

Skinners would be my go-to if they were in KC!!!

Skinner's is awesome! The burnt end sandwich is my go to and you can't go wrong with the beans or Mac n cheese. Not only is the food great but the owner is an exceptional person. Pull off the highway and get some tasty BBQ!

Burnt ends were very tender and tasty. The macaroni and cheese and slaw were very good as well. Customer service was great. It was fast and they were friendly. Definitely a place to frequent.

Very tender smoked ribs! Have also had the brisket, pulled pork, potato salad and beans. All very tasty, would recommend! If you crave ribs, call ahead just to sure they have some left that day.

EXCELLENT! even the sides are homemade! (I hate when bbq places have premade sides). Can't wait to go back!

I work for BWI the porta potty company and was absolutely delighted when they gave me a sandwhich to try. Absolute best pulled pork sandwhich I’ve ever had and completely made my day. Will 100% make the trip out here on my own to try more.

Excellent smoked meat. Not dry and flavor very good. We had beans and potato salad with it which were excellent.

Just ordered some food for the 1st time! I am beyond impressed! The brisket and pulled pork was amazing! The food was delicious and still hot by the time I got home. The sides were perfect! We will definitely be eating there again!

Really great BBQ. This place is better than a lot of other local BBQ places, and better priced. I would chose them over places like City Butcher any day. They have a great selection and their sauce is also really good. Unlike a lot of other places, they also don’t “sell out” of everything really early by preparing the appropriate amount of food ahead of time.

I had the pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese. We played a couple rounds of a corn hole game they had out front then sat at one of their picnic tables under a shade tree to eat. Was really good food.

Had the burnt ends and slaw. Burnt ends was great an so was the slaw. Somehow the shoebox I drive found the only pothole at their place but I was able to get through by pushing my foot outside, little car an all. Think it was 14$, more than I'd have liked but had 2 sodas. Everything was top notch. I've ate their grub before, I will again.

Heck yes! Passing through from KC area to NW, AR on two wheels.. what a great find and food. Several others waiting on food as well, all had great things to say. Agreed with previous comments on baked beans, they were good. Pulled pork was spot on. Highly recommend!

I love bbq and have smoked meats for 10+ years. This place makes awesome baby back ribs that fall right off the bone.

Great food! Had the burnt ends dinner with coleslaw and corn. Hubby had the pulled pork dinner with Mac n cheese and corn, added a side of beans. Nicely portioned, and all delicious. Quick service and friendly staff. I recommend Skinners to all, just please leave me some burnt ends.

Skinners is my favorite BBQ place to eat at. Their beans and burnt ends are MY favorite. This is a wonderful red trailer right off highway 60, you can take it home with you, or sit at picnic tables. Really friendly staff as well.

Amazing food and great service. My mom and I always have to drive an hour out of town to visit at least once a year because they are so good
