I've been a customer of theirs since 2006 when they gave me an excellent deal on a GT 245. I've owned that mower now for 12 years. I've only had to take it in for repairs a couple of times. They have always fixed it the first time and I've never had to return it.

The people here are both friendly and helpful. I hope to be a customer here for many more years.

Update to my review 4 years ago. I have a 1025R tractor. It developed a problem and they took care of it. The service is still excellent 4years later.

Andy in the service department is awesome. It's nice to talk to a service professional and get accurate solutions to your equipment repair problems. Its too bad the John Deere farm equipment doesn't work as well as Andy does!
