Mosaic Cafe and Catering is amazing! Pat Long, who is the owner, goes above and beyond with communicating and meeting the requests of the bride. We had never utilized a caterer until this wedding and had experienced a previous food tasting earlier in the week, that hadn't gone well, so we weren't sure what to expect with this food tasting. We walked in to a table that was set with formal dinnerware and was very elegant but not intimidating. Pat made us feel very comfortable, was friendly and answered all our questions. The food was amazing, very tasty, well seasoned and the portions were a good size. We had expected small samples and by the time we were finished with the tasting, we felt like we had a full meal! He definitely does not skimp on the food portion size for a tasting which was really nice and is a huge help when trying to decide what food we wanted. He gave us four entrees to choose from to try, along with sides, and salad.

Throughout the wedding planning time, we communicated via email and Pat was always quick to respond to any of our questions. When we arrived at the reception, the food was ready to go on our timeline and the staff was very friendly and helpful. One of our concerns was getting people through the buffet line in a timely and efficient manner. We had a big wedding party along with about 350 guests to serve. Pat anticipated that and had two buffet lines with serving being done on both sides and the lines went quickly and smoothly. The food was served hot and the staff kept it coming so no one had to wait for it to be refilled. Mosaic also provided, tea, lemonade and coffee. We've had so many of our guests tell us how good the food was, how nice it was to have it still be hot when served and how quickly they were able to get their food and how much they enjoyed it. Mosaic also offers the option to have the food plated and served to each guest if you don't want to utilize a buffet line which is a nice option to have. They offered to cut and plate all the cake as well which gave us one less thing to have to think about. Other caterers we checked, did not offer that.

Pat's prices are competitive with other caterers but the difference is you get a lot of bang for your buck with him and your guests will walk away with a positive impression about the food and are full and content having enjoyed their meal. That was our goal and Pat went over an above to meet that goal for us. He made the catering part of the wedding worry free and something we didn't have to oversee at the reception which made us able to enjoy our reception even more. We highly recommend using Mosaic Cafe and Catering for your wedding. Every aspect of working with them from the beginning to the end was incredible!!

Highly recommend Pat and Mosaic catering for your wedding day! The planning and tasting process was a breeze and so many of our guests gave us compliments on our food! We are happy we had leftovers to bring home and enjoy too!

Mosaic catered our wedding reception recently and we were beyond pleased with the experience. It was very affordable and the food was fantastic. Just about every one of our guests made a point to let us know how awesome the food and service were. The staff was incredibly professional and kind and went above and beyond to make sure everything went great. When picking vendors, you never truly know what the experience is going to be like, but I would HIGHLY recommend Mosaic for anyone's catering needs. If we ever need anything catered in the future, we will be going with Mosaic.

We booked Mosaic Café and Catering as our wedding caterer in October 2023 and would absolutely recommend them to future brides or anyone looking to cater an event. All my communication leading up to the wedding was with the owner Pat. The communication was excellent, and all my emails were answered promptly. We changed our menu from our original proposal, and Pat adjusted it without any problems. He let me know which staff were going to be at the wedding and worked with our coordinator on the timeline for the day. Everything was served on time and there were no issues on the day of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed the food, and we were very happy that we chose Mosaic as our caterer.

Pat and his team were absolutely amazing. Pat was very easy to get a hold over throughout the whole planning process. His team the day of the wedding were so incredibly nice and helpful. The food speaks for itself - it is AMAZING! They are not badly priced for the quality of food. When I say people keep raving about the food, I mean it. I wouldn't have gone with any other vender. I highly recommend!!

We had the absolute best experience with Mosiac! Pat and his team are down to earth, efficient, and can whip up an excellent meal. It was a pleasure having Mosiac Catering at our wedding reception! Pat the owner was AMAZING to work with and all the workers were great. The food was excellent - we had tons of compliments on the food, especially the beef brisket! Can’t say enough good things about the whole experience!

My husband and I got married at Pine Hollow Farms on July 1, 2023 and we used one of their preferred vendors, Mosaic Cafe and Catering. Mosaic was one of 7 to pick from for food for our wedding and they stood out to us from the beginning. Pat Long assisted us in the planning process with such ease. He was able to answer all of our questions. The tasting was nice. Pat's team was able to accommodate our modifications (vegetarian meals and kids meals) and we received rave reviews from our wedding guests. We went with cheese, crackers and fruit for our cocktail hour. For dinner, we served an awesome salad with strawberries with the option for either gouda/spinach stuffed chicken or steak topped with garlic butter. Mosaic also assisted in cutting and plating our cake for our guests. Pat attended the wedding to make sure everything went according to plan. With 200 guests, Pat's team seamlessly served everyone and allowed us to stay on schedule for first dances. It was nice to feel comfortable knowing you were in good hands. I don’t usually write reviews, but Pat and his company Mosaic Catering is awesome! This is the third review I’m writing for him and the rest of the mosaic staff for catering our wedding last weekend. They were that good people! Pat has awesome communication, provides outstanding service, serves an amazing menu and all for an affordable price! Seriously the guy might as well walk on water in terms of catering! Don’t stop catering Mosaic, you are providing an excellent service for the community. Hire this team and you won’t be disappointed. Pat Long, the owner, was wonderful to work with. He was accommodating, very quick with answering questions via email, and most importantly, the food was delicious! We had to plan our wedding from a few states away, and it was so easy to accomplish through Mosaic! In addition, it was very affordable, and we got tons of compliments on the quality of the food! I hope never to need to get married again, but if I did I'd definitely book Mosaic again

Mosaic was seamless to work with. I’m not kidding when I say at least 10 people asked me who catered the food. Everything was absolutely AMAZING. Pat is so transparent and personable, he really is great when it comes to helping you plan everything out.

Everyone raved about the food at our wedding, so we're very thankful we went with Mosaic Cafe and Catering! Not only that, but Pat is an incredible person to work with. While the taste of the food was a big reason for us choosing Mosaic, Pat's kindness is what ultimately help us with the decision. He responded to all my questions quickly, was super flexible when I had special requests, and was understanding when it took me a while to respond to him. In each email, he sent words of encouragement and kind wishes, knowing that wedding planning can be stressful. By far, he is the easiest vendor to work with! We (and our guests) highly recommend the lager braised brisket and chicken vino bianco! There is a large menu with great variety, and everything is reasonably priced. We used Mosaic for our wedding day and had an absolutely fabulous experience.

We had so many people go out of their way to tell us that the dinner Mosaic served was some of the best food that they have ever had at a wedding. The biggest crowd pleasers were the pot roast, mashed potatoes and the jalapeño mac & cheese!

Pat and his team were amazing to work with and is the type of vendor you just don't need to worry about at all. Everything moved and flowed so well from the appetizers to the dessert.

My husband and I are not big on cake, so we instead served Ted Drewes at our wedding! Pat made sure the ice cream was set out and displayed nicely and even worked with us to provide ice cream toppings!

Everything was perfect!

We used Mosaic to cater our wedding of 180 people. We chose a chicken and beef option, salad, pasta, and two sides. They showed up right on time, set everything up perfectly, and provided great service with changing out food on the buffet and picking up plates from tables. There was never anyone waiting for food and everyone went through the buffet line quickly and had plenty of time to eat. We had more guests make a point to complement the food for how well it was prepared and how good it tastes. I would definitely use them for any event in the future and would highly recommend them.

Words cannot express how happy I am with mosaic cafe and catering. The food at our wedding was amazing and Pat was so accommodating with us especially since we had many dietary restrictions including needing a completely separate meal for one of our guests. The price is extremely reasonable for the quality of the food. I HIGHLY recommend them for any event. I will definitely use them again in the future!
