I have to share this. The level of efficiency that his staff works at is like no other medical professionals I have ever come across. And that is a direct result of Dr Joshi's leadership. I ve gotten 4 other opinions since him (because I'm scared of doctors lol) And this surgeon and his staff far surpasses any othera otho, I'd even venture any other surgeon in the state of nodak.

After breaking the arch of my foot I saw a Dr in Williston. He refused to listen to me and basically just threw a cast on my foot not realizing the severity of my injury (apparently he couldn't read the X-ray). I knew something was not right! I called Dr Joshi. I am so thankful that he agreed to see me for a second opinion! He looked at the X-ray, saw the severity and instructed the other dr to immediately take the cast off. I was in surgery within 3 days, in Minot, to put my foot back together. After getting all the pins removed and with physical therapy, I was on the mend. I hate to think about what the result would've been without Dr Joshi. He also reconstructed both my moms knees and my ex's back. ND is so lucky to have such a wonderful doctor practicing there. I can't thank him enough.

Dr Joshi is treating me for both a shoulder and a wrist issue. He and his staff are to a person personable, compassionate and true professionals. His expertise and experience in orthopedic medicine is beyond compare in my lifetime (LONG) of experience with bone and joint disorders from sports, injuries and now age, sad to say!

Excellent skilled practitioner, I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.
He did a total hip with incredible skill . I felt lucky to have this man on my team through this major operation . If I could add stars I would .

Had knee surgery by Dr. Joshi, everything went well and was a quick recovery. Going back for my other knee soon.

This is my second review after getting a call after leaving my first and having a request to fix their mess ups and possibly mend their relationship with me and receive that good review they want. It did not go well.

Dr Joshi does not listen, does not care about the patients pain level or for anything the patient has to say, and has a fast way of acting oblivious to the situation when he is directly talked to about it. He talks so fast; almost in an effort to hurry out of the room or conversation; good luck taking anything in or feeling like you can ask questions to understand, which may be how he wants you to feel.

One of his nurses literally laid out the procedure that the doctor was doing on the man in the room next door (HIPPA issue anyone?). And I was laughed at on my final phone call.

The hospital seeing my first review, called me immediately. That is great to want to fix it; that was not truly the case. They lied about Dr. Joshi being in the room while I was on speaker at the beginning of the conversation. Then the doctor tried to say I never told him about my pain. I will state that I do not just have a slight injury. I have a Lisfranc Injury; two broken bones, every ligament and tendon in my foot and ankle bruised or torn, and I have arthritis. I had told him and his nurses of the level and types of pain I was experiencing, and he was aware of the extent of my injuries. He mentioned that I was smiling at my visits so he thought I was fine. He then requested that I travel to one of his offices again, to a third visit, to finally get a cast put on the injured foot that he had seen in person twice, and made me pay for the extra visit and the cast. The cast was not put on comfortably or correctly. I have pictures to prove that. When I went back to get the cast off, getting into his Williston office was impossible with no parking and no assistance with the issue when I called. Also, his receptionist laughed when I called to cancel and say my care by him was horrible. He runs a real respectable, professional operation. Seek help elsewhere for orthopedics.

I was so dissatisfied with my care that I am now traveling 5 hours to another available specialist instead of the 1-2 to one of his two offices. That is saying something.

If you are a WSI ( Workforce Safety and Insurance ) patient, he will lie to you, preform bogus surgery and then lie again about his findings.
“ Look the other way technique. “
Then he sends you back to work still injured, rigorous physical therapy before and after surgery, each time you complain about the pain, tells you it takes time to heal. You end up getting a 2nd opinion and find out that he never fixed you. Your original injury has now been a year old or more and you have to have a 2nd surgery. It’s been 3 years and still having numerous issues because Joshi lies and left me injured.

Don’t be in a hurry when you come here—you’ll be disappointed. Showed up for my appointment—that took almost 2 months to get, only to wait in the waiting room for almost 2 hours.

Ridiculous. Just go to Bismarck, save some time and frustration.
