Todd Wheeler - Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance

I needed to find an affordable insurance rate. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted and given the option for something to drink. Robyn was very nice and helpful with what I need. Todd was really great at listening and understanding what coverages to best fit my needs. He was able to give me ALOT more coverage for half the price. I cant thank him enough for helping me save so much money.

Very affordable! For someone like me affordability is a major thing.
The staff if very nice and welcoming. They take the time to explain what you’re paying for so you’re not left with questions about your policy. Nobody wants a company that won’t listen to them, but with Farm Bureau you receive excellent coverage and customer service!

We had hail damage to our home. Todd Wheeler was very helpful in handling our claim.
It was settled very efficiently and fairly.

I hate writing negative reviews for other local businesses but spencer deserves 0 stars. Spencer knows what he did or should i say didn't do. As soon as he knew he screwed up he stopped answering my calls and emails. Completely ghosting me and leaving me to try and figure out the mess he created. He doesn't have your business’s best interest nor will he stand behind his service. Thanks for costing 13k your hands are clean right?

Wrote replacement policy on home but only actual cash value on 13 year old roof..agent did not inform of this ..3 years later this loophole reduced roof storm damage payment by $1900..deceptive..I have owned property for 40 years..no other company separates coverage ....replacement cost covers whole house...
