Stopped by one of their places outside of Buffalo - we were interested in some of the iron work. The only ones left in a particular style were missing a piece and employee(owner?) said she was too busy to get the missing pieces - it would be the fall before she had them back out for sale. Not the best customer service - we will shop elsewhere.

Today I ordered some flowers online at flowerworksbuffalomo.net. I ordered their "Colorfulness Bouquet". The difference between what I ordered and what was delivered was pretty significant. The flowers were delivered quickly. I wouldn't order from Flower Works again in the future.
