In the world we live in, it's so sad to say, but so many people will spend tons of time to be negative and zero on the positive! I just have to say that yesterday I went to the Malden License Bureau. As soon as I came in the door, I was greeted with a "hello" from the back, Jill. I waited a very brief moment and Monica called me forward! Not sure where this lady came from, but she is absolutely awesome! Fantastic service, quick and extremely friendly! Thank you Malden License Bureau and staff!

Took great care of us. Dexter license bureau was rude & would not help us with what we needed. Came to malden & they were very friendly & super helpful. Had us taken care of in less than 30mins. Highly recommend!

Malden office rocks!! Since moving this facility does a great job Especially Monica. All the ladies do an awesome job they’re fast and efficient especially through this Covid. Would not go to any other DMV except this one. If you’re lucky enough to get Monica you know you’ll get fast efficient and friendly service Give them a chance you won’t be disappointed!!!!!

I will drive right past the license office in my own town (Dexter) to go to the Malden office. Very friendly and efficient. Professional but laid back atmosphere. Highly recommend
