Roger got the trailer in quick, fixed it over the weekend, and also got a truck in to repair quickly the following week. So happy to have found quick, quality repairs in the Williston Basin area.

40 years OTR and at least 10 tows to shop's this is my first experience with all in one tow, mechanical services, motel services and truthfully anything you need they went out there way to help make my breakdown comfortable. They came a 100 miles to rescue me in a blizzard. Most dependable, thoughtful, knowledgeable, respectful towing company I've ever dealt with who I rate above the 5 star average with 10 stars. F the rest and go with the best --HOOSIER TRUCK REPAIR AND TOWING. Outstanding. Personally recommended by Mancuso Trucking, Steve's Livestock Hauling and Grassmid Trucking In Zeeland Michigan 👍👍👍

Roger and Dan were great to work with. They came out over New Year’s holiday weekend to recover a semi and trailer that went in the ditch. Service was top notch, very personable and prices were best in the Bakken.

My experience with Hoosier Truck Tank Repair Services was a complete disappointment. They charged me an exorbitant $350 for towing my 1978 Fleetwood Tioga RV only a short distance. My expectations were to receive professional service from someone with expertise in handling my vintage RV, but unfortunately, that's not what I encountered.
Things didn't seem too bad when they initially refused to release my RV, but this had also indirectly left me homeless for 2-3 months as no other service was willing to take my RV, to tow, their asking price was $3100 (Which I had learned about at the month 2 mark, after asking several times) Adding to the frustration, they misdiagnosed the issue, telling me they drove it around and claimed it was warped headers and later admitting it was a blown head gasket. A whole engine rebuild is a lot different from head gasket replacement. (Couple hundred of parts vs. Couple grand.)
What's even more disheartening is that they had broken the starter while my RV was in their care. The starter was perfectly fine when I dropped it off; the battery was dead, but the starter had a very audible noise and was working. (Which was still confirmed at the place it was dropped off, he lied and said it was siezed, it wasn't.) Even on the drop-off day, there was no one in the store to release my RV to the tow company that had been waiting for several hours. This unnecessary delay cost me a couple of hundred more dollars, as they say, time is money.
To make matters even worse, when I confronted them about the damaged starter, which had operated, but couldn't start from a dead battery. He rudely hung up on me without even letting me get repairs for something they had clearly broken. They treated me like an unknowing child, like I didn't know how I had left the RV, rather than an adult with valid concerns. Then when I called him back to tell him to 'name his price' he went off on how this is more of a burden for him, and how he should be charging me more for the phone calls and storage fees!
Furthermore, their communication left much to be desired, following a 'leave a message and we'll get back to you' style that often left my questions unanswered for weeks. What's more, they forced me to pay $200 (their hourly rate) to use a winch to get the RV onto the trailer. This wasn't an 'hour' of work; it likely took 15-20 minutes. Clearly taking advantage of the situation because they had lost the tow bill and needed to make up money from anywhere,
My experience was overwhelmingly negative, and it's evident that Hoosier Truck Tank Repair Services is more interested in profit than customer satisfaction, despite the average 5.0 review. I informed them of my intention to take my concern to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but they displayed a disheartening lack of concern. Saying and I quote "Doesn't matter to me."
I'm sharing this detailed review to warn others about my harrowing experience and to encourage this company to adopt more ethical and customer-centric practices in the future.
