Bryson Funeral Home did an excellent job in taking care of my family during the death of my brother, David. Allison was so thoughtful and generous. Allison, Shawn and Linda worked with us to get the services done quickly and respectfully. I'll forever be grateful for their help in our time of sorrow.

Allison, Molly, and Shawn are very kind, thoughtful and empathetic people. I felt very comfortable and appreciate the care they gave for my mother's visitation and service. Allison and Molly took particular care with the details, and made my experience saying goodbye not as hard as I had originally imagined. Thank you Allison and Team, I appreciate you all very much, and I wish you many blessings.

Allison and her staff are great. They were very caring and paid attention to all the details we had. They provided us with an orderly, but still personal farewell to our Granny Granny. I got the feeling that she considered us family. It was the best service I have attended.

Our family was beyond impressed with the staff at Bryson. So very caring and sympathetic to our needs and wishes for our loved one. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. We are grateful for all they did to help navigate us through the process.

The kindness and compassion shown by the owner and staff of this funeral home is extrodinary. They have handled both of my parents services and have gone out of their way to see that every detail was handled with perfection. I had the displeasure of working with the elder lady at this funeral home for a funeral. We had to do it all in payments with a down payment. At this point she has harassed my family over the money owed (we are not late) non stop. She made it pretty obvious in the beginning she cared more about emptying out our pockets and trying scare tactics to spend more money over caring about the family and our loss. I will be cremated somewhere else before I ever use this place for a funeral again.

Lost my husband in 2018, I was in total shock. I was pushed through the funeral called and told to come in the very next day;I wasn’t asked what day I wanted to have it or hours. I had to push for an extra hour the day of the funeral. Money wasn’t a problem so not sure why I had to ask for an extra hour. Went into sign papers she told me I needed to go back to work the next week. Worse advice I could have received. Do you have a heart? I couldn’t even compose myself at work. Will never use again!

Absolutely horrible customer service at this funeral home.

When one family member asked to see the deceased privately a few minutes before the visitation began the director flatly refused unless they first called the person paying for the funeral.

After the service the director got up and made announcements about where to park at the graveside before the family or friends had even said goodbye to the deceased. If parking was so important then have someone at the graveside directing traffic (there were only 15 cars so this was far from needed)

I’ve been to many funerals and this was by far the worst funeral director I have ever encountered.

She wanted cars to park in a specific order at the graveside so she spent 5 minutes going to most of the cars making sure they got in the “right” order.

After the graveside concluded she got up and talked about how we would all remember the deceased for years to come and gave a disingenuous speech about how much she cares.

This wouldn’t have been as bad except EVERY OTHER THING she did throughout the day showed that she truly didn’t care about helping with even the smallest things.

Absolutely no people skills at all and made a horrible day worse with their actions!
