Went there to wash my new truck. I used the bay near the office. As I was washing my truck I started noticing black grease all over my truck. I started looking around and finally noticed that one of the washing devices had black grease all over it. I had grease all over my arms, hands and even my jeans (that are now ruined) along with areas on my truck where the hose was against it. I will NEVER GO BACK. Not even worth the star I gave it.

Went there because it had a shampoo and spot remover station at two of the back stalls. Neither one worked aside from the vacuum and even then on one of the vacuums the nozzle part kept coming off. One of the vending machines and one of the change makers were down as was a third shampoo stall. No one was around, not a single attendant or supervisor. Nothing. Never going there again.
