Went here for windshield wipers. Both attendants helped immediately! One looked up what I needed to find the right one for me, and the other went down the aisle to wait for instructions on what to grab. They asked if they could install them for me, and I was thrilled!! Thank you for all you do!!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Autozone, and I have to say that their customer service is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly greeting from the staff.

I was looking for a specific part for my car, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with expert advice on which part would be the best fit for my vehicle.

Not only were they knowledgeable about the products they sell, but they also showed a genuine interest in helping me get the job done right. They even offered to help me install the part if I needed assistance!

Throughout the entire process, the staff was incredibly patient, courteous, and professional. They made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable, which is not always the case when it comes to auto parts shopping.

Overall, I have to say that Autozone has the best customer service I have ever experienced. They go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied and well taken care of. My left turn signal bulb had blown. The young man took the time to tackle replacing the bulb which ended up being more involved than we both realized. I truly appreciated his time.

We love our Jackson Auto Zone for the friendly service and mainly the helpfulness of the employees all these years. My son was on his way to purchase new wiper blades, when before we arrived of course it starts to rain heavily and a Man came out in the rain to install them properly. That was above and beyond customer service in our eyes.

Got my battery tested. Very easy, one of the men brought the tester right out to my car. Everything checked out OK but "you should probably take care of the corrosion around the pole." He said they have a kit in the store I could buy, gave me a wink and added "or you can just pour some Coke on it." So, I went in and put down a buck fifty got a Coke out of the refrigerator. All taken care of. Thx
