I have my mom's account here and they have been nothing but wonderful with my mom. Even when she calls them up with silly questions and gives details they don't need, they are sweet and gracious.

This is the most unwelcoming location Ive been to. I almost feel like I need to apologize for my existence when walk in. Great Southern over all is a good bank though.

Generally poor customer service. Everything from them not canceling a debit card and getting it taken off of my account (in which I tried multiple times) to awful slow service at the drive-up lanes and the attitudes of most staff leaves much to be desired.

I stopped in to get a money order. They don't do money orders! Close up your business. You are supposed to be a bank!

I have attempted to bank with this company on multiple occasions and they have consistently displayed very poor customer service. I never felt like a valued customer. I felt like they didn't want to help me with the issues I had with my bank account. The general manager acted basically "well if you don't like it here then bank somewhere else" and that's exactly what I did. I will go where I feel welcomed and I most certainly never felt that way here or at any location with this business.

Very poor customer service, had trouble with the app and was basically told to figure it out myself. Come to find out, after 5+ phone calls, they had entered my email address incorrectly. Always have to wait at the drive-through, even when I'm the only one there. Was also charged a ridiculous amount in fees without ever being informed that I would be charged.
