I like the post office, which is who the stars are for. But our mail carriers have repeatedly delivered the mail to the wrong homes on our street. I should not have to constantly worry about not recieving bills and important mail yet I do. We do not live in an area where I should be forced to get a p.o. box but it seems I will have to.

I wish the Jackson Post Office in Jackson, Mo. didn't give away my game I ordered from Ebay to the wrong address. Wasted money for someone who has my game now for free. I wish They go find my package & return it to me.

Purchased a guitar from an enlisted person overseas. It shipped through the post office. When it came, it was signature required. The postman (not our usual one), signed off on it and dropped it in a puddle on our front porch. When I went to the post office with photos of the incident. I was told “that isn’t how we do business and that the carrier would be questioned “. Not even an apology. Also have placed several things in box in the past 2 days for pickup and they were still there this morning.

We live on highway 61. The mailman never closes our mailbox. Our mail gets soaked and not legiable. We get our neighbors mail. I've had packages in box that anyone can see. I'm fed up. If my new package I have coming gets wet I'm calling the police and filing charges on the mail carrier.😡

Due to my work schedule I have to utilize the blue drop off boxes for packages. Unfortunately, 90% of the time my packages sit in the box for days and I end up having to refund buyers and file a lost package request and then it magically makes it to the customer and I get double screwed. As of this typing I have a package in a blue box now for 4 days that hasn’t been scanned. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Our packages are often put on the wrong mail truck so they are rarely on time with delivery. I’ve also had mail go missing and no apology was made. It was their error because they were the last ones to have it. I will add that this happens year round - not just in the busy holiday months. In addition, I repeatedly receive my neighbor’s mail and they, mine.

Tried to get help for over an hour with a package that had the wrong address on it. They could not have cared less about it and were absolutely no help whatsoever.

wish there was a way to leave 0 stars. have been calling multiple times, daily. leaving me on hold for HOURS every time.
