Very good experience! Staff was friendly, food was hot and delicious and the restaurant was clean. Great job, McD's for an excellent time. Will return in the future.

It was actually very nice that the phone was answered when I called to ask if their dining room was open or just the drive thru. The lady that answered was extremely polite. The young man that took my order was also polite & friendly. He made me feel like I was not a problem but treated me like more than a customer. That was a very refreshing feeling

Fast friendly service! Its always a hit or miss on which of these restaurants will be good but this one was not a disappointment.

I'm from out of town by at least 200 miles visiting family. I pulled in during the lunch rush and there was a lot of cars ahead of me in excess of 10 to 12. However I was extremely surprised with the speed and accuracy of the service. From the time I pulled in, to the time I got my order was just under 2 minutes. My food was hot, the associates at the windows were very very nice. I appeal to anyone else that makes reviews not to fault places that have their dining areas shut down because of the pandemic. It's not fair to any location to give them just one star because you can't sit in there and eat.

I recently placed an order on DoorDash via the DoorDash app. The manager, Christian, I believe, answered my call to McDonald’s in regards to a them to a mistake in my order. He was very kind and so helpful. He explained that they simply followed the instructions given to them by DoorDash. He explained, if I could call DoorDash and get DoorDash to pick it up, he’d be glad to make me another one. My experience today with DoorDash was arguably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And it was such a relief to speak to someone at McDonald’s who just wanted to make it right for me. He was thorough in explaining why they had prepared my order the way I received it, and immediately offered to replace the item I had a complaint about. Christian was the silver lining this evening, in an otherwise regretful decision to order via DoorDash. Hopefully, customer service representative’s can take note of how easy it is sometimes to remedy a situation, especially if you’re willing. Thank you so much Christian.

Their staff is the best in town! I've been there for breakfast lunch and dinner doesn't matter always fast friendly and best service you will find in Jackson for fast food. Whoever's in charge you're doing it right by hiring the perfect stuff. Give them a raise all of them they truly deserve it!

I love the french fries. Always hot and fresh. My opinion on the perfect fast food meal would be their FF and Hardee's Frisco burger. Lol

This McDonalds is always pretty quick to get you through the drive thru. The longest part is getting your order in when cars are piled up but everyone has always been friendly and my order has been correct.

Fast! Accurate. Great location. But I'm not really a fan of breakfast here I just wish that they would serve the whole menu 24 hours a day.

Everything I've come to expect from McDonald's, clean, fast and surprisingly fresh. Oh and impressively accurate with special orders, especially with the app.
