I want to say that Jaime (Jasper, MO Post Office) is the BEST! She knows all of her customers by name and is willing to go above and beyond to help the citizens of Jasper with our mail service. Hire more like her and the postal system will have a 5 star rating.

We recently started a new business and the postmaster at Jasper has been tremendous help. She is able to answer all of our questions. She is kind and courteous. Her customer service is superb. We highly recommend coming to Jasper post office to do your postal business.

Jamie is extremely knowledgeable about postal regulations. She puts her customers first. Her customer service is above and beyond ANY POST OFFICE IN THE AREA. She is outstanding and a true asset to the United States Postal Service.

Is it wrong to be in love with a post office? Probably, but they're wonderful anyway. Very rarely lines, super helpful and kind staff, I can't say enough good things about this post office. I wish the hours were longer, but that's out of their control. So thankful for this small town PO!

The customer service at this PO location with Jamie is AMAZING! Always greeted with a smile and a hello! I go out of my way to use this location and try to avoid it when Jamie is not working lol!
