Their very knowledgeable on equipment and they are willing to help you with every need you have. I would recommend them to anyone who needs medical equipment. They will get you scheduled in a timely manner. The staff is the best

Bare minimum of service provided. After one year got tired of worrying about oxygen from these folks as well as my health concerns. They farm their billing overseas and good luck connecting with someone who doesn't have to repeat every other sentence. Sad.

They are not willing to make an extra effort to help you out

I would not give this place even 1 star, but I had to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. I received my equipment in August 2021 and it has only been in working condition for 1 week. This is January 2022 and They will not show up, call you back, or remedy your issues. Yet they continued to bill my insurance.
