My experience with Carvana seemed too good to be true initially! 2 or 3 minutes on the website and I had a great offer. I scheduled appt., they sent a reminder message the day before and sent me text when they were here. They checked my car, gave me a check and I received copy of sales agreement immediately ! I’d recommend them to everyone!

It was a very smooth and quick process from getting a quote, which was well above what dealerships were offering, submitting docs in the app to the pick up. I used direct deposit to have my funds and got it next day so I didn’t have to worry about that either.

I had an ABSOLUTELY AWESOME EXPERIENCE buying my car from Carvana. It was a very unique way that I received my car. Customer service was excellent. I would have loved to see shorter wait times for the phone calls, but I believe this is due to the popularity of this new way to market a car.

Awesomeness to a extent!! It was so hassle free to buy a car from Carvana. I booked it paid the down online, signed the documents online and car was ready to be delivered in 2 days. We can also schedule a delivery date to our convenience. Plus a return policy of 7 days i.e. try car for 7 days of not satisfied you can return it, they will pick it up from your doorstep. I kept my car. It smelled like new car it works like new car. Bought a Toyota Corolla LE Eco 2014. The car had only one key and when I asked to reduce the price as it had only one key, they disagreed but on delivery they did provide a extra set of key. They send you a gift hamper in a bag which is placed in car on delivery.The lady who delivered the car gave me a detailed information and all documentation is taken car by Carvana. The car comes with courtesy check. When title is mailed to you you can get the emissions done and sending the receipt, Carvana will reimburse you the amount. Its really worth buying a car online quick and you don't have to talk to sales person at dealers!!

In and out of dropping my truck off within 30 minutes. I felt bad that the years of paperwork that I had complied they didn’t want to take to give to the next owner, and even more guilty selling a truck that had been so good to me. The lack of headaches though made the process worth it

I had the smoothest greatest experience with my 1st car buying experience with Carvana. Reading reviews I was a little nervous but they made my experience to smooth! I’d HIGHLY recommend I lovee my new car especially not having the best credit & a voluntary repo I was approved for a 2021 with 30k miles for 500 a month I’m so grateful! Best auto experience ever! From the website to picking up my car. I would recommend doing the store experience vs delivery, but which ever way you choose it'll definitely be good.

Highly recommend!! I sold my car through Carvana this week and it was so easy! I filled out my vehicle information online and got an instant offer. The offer was very fair so I accepted it. Then all I had to do was enter in my proof of ownership and loan information. Once that was verified by Carvana I scheduled an appointment for my car to be picked up at my home. They charge a $75.00 pick up fee but it was well worth it. A wonderful woman came to my home exactly on time for when they said someone would arrive. I signed some paperwork she did a quick inspection of my vehicle. Once everything was in order she handed me a check on the spot and loaded my vehicle onto her cool Carvana truck and done! It was so easy great experience! Thanks Carvana!

Asia was the CARVANA representative that collected our 2017 CAD ATS. The whole sales process was smooth and easy, but having a human like her complete the transaction was invaluable. She is an asset to the group!

I don’t know much about selling cars but I listed my car on a few sites before inquiring about Carvana. Carvana made the complete process extremely easy from submitting my car information online, picking up the car, handing me my check and paying off the 10 day payoff on the vehicle. Excellent experience. Received 1st vehicle without any issues. Unfortunately it was smaller then expect for our needs. Was able to get it returned hassle free and within a couple days received another vehicle we selected. The process is very smooth. 2nd vehicle has a scratch that was not reported or listed. Carvana immediately setup a claim to get it fixed free of charge. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends & family.
