Bill Williams came out to give me a bid after several companies were no shows. Gave me a great bid. Showed up and did a absolute great job to which I had nothing to complain about. He installed a box drain with 300’ of drain, plumbed gutters into drain, poured a patio and sidewalk. He never asked for a penny until the job was done completely. I truly couldn’t be more impressed at the work they did and the integrity they had while doing it. Great company and I WILL use them again.

Bill Williams followup when building a home is not high standards he told me in October 2013 he would cut out the bad areas in the sub floor and didn't do it also didn't follow best practices in installing our hard wood floors now we have major issues with them.
1. He also didn't follow the sale agreement he would continue coming back and saying he needed to change things like the 9' ceiling in the kitchen that didn't happen.
2. third car garage on the wrong side
3. Garage at street level
4. Did not complete caulking the house after many calls
5. Very poor painting inside
6. Did not complete the home on agreed time.
7. Did not finish the followup list

Five weeks into the process, after much paperwork and discussion, they just backed out due to being "too busy". No mention of this less than a week prior when I spoke to them on the phone. Horrid way to treat people
