Overbooked my card but did return the money

There are two Aqua-Shine car washes here in Charleston,Mo. I mainly use the other location, however, the other location's automated car wash was out of order. So I went to this location. I went through the automated washer. Did a decent job of washing the car, however, there was some damage. The two BMW emblems on my hood and trunk were damaged. The emblems are each covered with a plastic clear coat to help prevent damage. The emblem on the hood had a majority of its paint scraped off. The emblem on the trunk was cracked. I called the number at the car wash and spoke with an employee. He had me send him pictures of the damage and said his boss would get back to me later today or tomorrow. The boss/owner called me just a few minutes ago. He claims that since that my car was made in 1998, the paint just wore out. Like I said, I've used the other location plenty of other times with no problems. The boss/owner didn't offer any compensation. He only said the only course of action is to get insurance involved. The owner didn't even apologize. My car is kept in great condition. And is now in okay condition. I recommend don't use this company if you need a wash. There's a car was down South 6th street in Charleston I recommend using. A friend turned me to this place. He drives a lifted F150 and says in comes out spotless every time.

I used the deluxe wash, after the automatic wash stopped, I could hardly tell the car had been thru the Car Wash, other than it being wet.
