Idol Hair & Nail

I recently got my hair cut and colored and i LOVE it! I saw their info on instagram and messaged the owner to book an appointment. i saw a picture of the hairstyle i wanted (he previously done it on someone else) and he described the process. He set up an appointment right away.

The location is kind of dingy and there’s barley parking but it isn’t hard to miss his salon. Upon entering I was immediately seated down and he got started.

he cut my hair so quick and fast and it was the exact length i wanted. then he started the bleaching process. I was really nervous about this part but he was talking about it to me the whole time. he had to bleach my hair about 3 times because it wouldn’t lift but my hair nor scalp felt burned. Many people came and go but he always made sure i was good. Sooner or later my hair finally went light and he put in work.

the shampoo experience was really nice. the lady did a head massage and it was delightful. she is just the sweetest ever and i appreciated her time.

the whole process was long and tiring but the end result was well worth it. Oh and the price?!? I CANT BEAT HIS PRICE. i only paid a fraction of what other salons would’ve charged me. He only accept cash or venmo!

I definitely would come back.

First of all, the owner Nick is very professional, friendly, and good looking! I was there for seven hours the other day to get my hair colored and highlighted. He is very patient throughout the process.

I was worried that my hair will be damaged after the process but it’s still very healthy after 2 bleaches. They also give you a free manicure/ pedicure or 10 mins massage which is great. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend idol hair and nail salon!

The best shampoo massage ever! I didn't even know how tensed my head and face was until the tension melted away! I also love my haircut by Nick the salon owner. I've been a client throughout his career because he always gives me great input on haircut choices and advice for hair maintenance. I'm pretty low maintenance so I really appreciate the tips.

They did such an amazing job with my hair. They are very respectful and professional. I contacted them for an appointment and they told me someone had cancelled, so I ended up going the same day.
I went in feeling ashamed of my hair and left feeling AMAZING! They treated me very well and I will definitely go again.

I came in for a same-day haircut appointment for my 11 month old son. It was his first haircut, and I'm so glad we decided to go here! Nick was amazing with my son, and the haircut looked FANTASTIC even though my son was constantly moving. I'm sure it was a workout just to cut the hair! Nick even helped us save some baby hair in a little plastic bag and was kind enough to take a photo. Thank you for the great experience!

Nick is an Amazing Stylist. His cuts and coloring are beautiful and classic and if you like, fashion forward!! Paulina is a skilled nail technician. I am looking forward to enjoying all the wonderful services provided. Staff is pleasant, kind and very professional.

I love Idol Hair & Nails! The workers are very nice & kind . Prices has increase a little more but just like every other shops(due to the pandemic). Nick does excellent haircuts for men’s and woman & balayage/highlight & I love the way Paulina does my eyebrow waxing! You guys are great. Thank you!

Very nice place, starting from the young lady that washes the hair to the hair designer. Got a quick hair cut, and offered a quick massage after washing my hair, hair designer was fast and efficient; done exactly what I asked for. Prices are very reasonable , they welcome walk in and appointments. Definitely will be back to try a full massage.

I really did love this place small comfortable my hair dresser was awesome and the lady that shampoo my hair I just want to come back and get a 60 min back rub from her please!!!!!! ??? Lol she REALLY was heavenly ❤

Nic was fabulous, he was able to accommodate me last minute with highlight/lowlights and a wonderful cut, he also was gracious to do my daughter with color and cut, her red color and style was beautiful.

Amazing how you find a diamond in the middle of the city. What an amazing salon. Nic is a perfectionist. And one of the best colorists I have gone to. I use to spend so much money and time in center city... no more!! Parking is great!! Thank you for being my new Salon.. bye, massage therapists are OFF THE CHARTS!!

Nice is a great stylist. His hair cuts are like Vidal Sasson. The shop is clean and the staff is professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Nic if you want a great cut and color.
