What a nice little park! Very popular even on a winter weekday, so I imagine it would be packed in the spring and summer. The perimeter loop trail is about 3/4 mile and mostly flat, although one portion of the trail is slightly sloped and has some erosion. Otherwise the park is very accessible. Nice boardwalks so you can look out on Rancocas creek. I also liked the informative plaques along the trail.

Great Park, there are lots of picnic benches, cool trails and peaks out to the water. There is also a very cool koi pond with a covered cabana almost to view it. They have public nice bathrooms. My dog loves the park and they always provide dog bags.

Excellent little park. Great circular trail with boardwalks out to the river. They have bathrooms (heated for the winter!) and parking for about 20 cars. No playgrounds but the trails are flat and easy. The grounds are well maintained.

First time at this place. Nice little hidden gem. Came here to walk around for our anniversary and it was lovely. We were lucky enough to spot a family of 5 deer. We stared at each other for probably 5 minutes and they never moved. The wooden lookouts are nice. Park is kept clean and benches are clean and maintained well. I would suggest children be held by hand as none of the wooden walkouts have railings. Would visit again for sure.

Nice park w wide trails. There is a clean bathroom at the beginning of the park. There are pamphlets available. Great park if you’re bringing a stroller for your kids or fur babies. The signs posted on the trails give an array of information about the park.

Nice park with clean, maintained trails and boardwalks. There was a fair amount of birds when I went, so I would go back to birdwatch. Many people were walking their dogs (on leashes). I didn't go inside the bathrooms, but it's nice that they seemed to have real bathrooms available. There were quite a few tables to sit at by the parking area, too. Overall, a good park!

We’ve been there twice now and plan to go again. Nice level hike and just long enough for us. We didn’t see any birds out at the blinds but when we came back and sat got a bit at the tables we saw 3 eagles overhead. Gave us a thrill! Very nice place.

Peaceful and scenic. Clean restrooms, shady parking lot. I come here for lunch breaks, to walk the dog or to hike the paths with the kids I watch. Landscaping is always done nicely and the grounds are well kept.

Quiet and small local park with views on the water. Great place for a jog or to bird watch. Trails are well maintained and flat terrain. Very accessible.

This is a very nice and well maintained park. There is a stone/gravely trail that basically goes around the perimeter of the park. There are some boardwalk offshoots which take you through the woods and a bit into the swamp to give you a great view of the river. At the ends of a few of the boardwalks there are some benches.
We went in the winter so it looks a little dead but I am sure it is very nice in the summer and beautiful in the fall with the leaves changing. The terrain in the center of the park is like a clear grassland with a bunch of bird feeders set up. I would expect it to be a good place for bird watching in the summer. As I mentioned before, on the outside of the loop there is woods and marshlands.
The majority of the trails are maintained either with their gravely type surface or the boardwalks. There are a few natural/unmaintained trails but I am not sure they are "official".
The only downside for me is that it is on the small side. I like to log 3-4 miles hiking. The loop is just short of a mile, you may walk a little over a mile going out onto the offshoots and exploring a bit.

Nice compact little park. Level, very well maintained paths. Good bathrooms, several tiny 2 & 4 seat picnic tables close by the parking but far enough in that you feel out in.nature. a good place to bring someone in a wheelchair or unable to walk far.

This is an excellent place to take children for a little bit of nature appreciation. The views along the river are fantastic and the entire park is meticulously well kept from the parking lot to the nature viewing blinds.

It was a beautiful fallish day in August. Saw some beautiful butterfles. Also saw some metal turtles on a log that we haven't noticed before.

Visited this small park this morning, so still cool and very nice, no bugs, but could see where they could get pretty bad, this is a wonderful wildlife park, the natural plants are wonderful. There will be bees and so many more insects that need the plants, great job catering to the wildlife, nobody does anymore! Love it.
