Will guarantee cleaned carpets. Will Show his face
at the house then reschedule. Drive away and call to cancel. Would not recommend. If he says he'll be back with the family.
He's gonna cancel just beware. Bad suggestion Facebook!

I have used this company going on 4 years. I reached out to schedule service this year through fb messenger, as has been done in prior years. I receive a response back to my message stating
"Hi there can you please call like normal people"

I understand methods to communicate change, but if you don't update your customers to this, they have no way to know or adapt. And considering contact the business through their Facebook page is encouraged, even showing "response time within minutes", one would have no idea anything was different.

It's a shame to lose this business, but the level of ignorance and lack of customer service is just too much.

I think these guys are not interested in business anymore. Since 3 days I'm I contacted them more than 15 times but they are not ready to even respond my call. Event they don't respond to your call how one can depend upon them for service ? so I have seriously decided to change my vendor.
