HousePaws Mobile Veterinary Service of Mount Laurel

This was my first visit to House Paws in Mt. Laurel. I came for a second opinion after taking my guinea pig to the Mt. Laurel Animal hospital. She was diagnosed with ovarian cysts and the treatment options at Mt. Laurel animal hospital were extremely expensive. I spoke with House Paws and was told immediately that the same procedure would cost thousands less and that there was another treatment option we could consider as well. The staff was polite and there was not a wait at all after I checked in via text message in the parking lot. The vet tech clipped my piggy's nails and the Dr. came in shortly after. We discussed my options for treatment and decided to go with hormone injections which she prescribed for me. She also advised me to give supplemental vitamin C and describe how to make my own vitamin supplements and how to administer that daily. I was happy with my initial visit and will return in a couple weeks after the prescribed has been filled in order to learn how to give injections.

House Paws has been our vet service since my dog was a puppy, that’s 7 years now! I honestly don’t have a single complaint about this service and that’s rare for a business relationship as long as ours. I’m so sad that I’m moving and will no longer be able to use them as our vet. Dr Lisa is an absolute pro! She’s always handled my dog’s “anxiety meltdowns” with grace and compassion. There really is no other service out there with this level of comprehensive care and professional services. Thanks so much for 7 good years!

I have been using house paws for years and I will never stop! They are all so friendly and wonderful. They love animals and it shows. I actually came here to leave a review about a specific person aptly named Tabby. She was INCREDIBLE with my super spicy cat. Usually he has to be manhandled and it's rough but she has the midas touch. He just stayed in her arms! It was so refreshing. I'm always scared to take him to the actual vet as opposed to having them come to my home but wow, I will definitely take him in for Tabby. She is a gem! Cat whisperer!!

We are so happy with HousePaws Mobile Vet. Dr. Sam and her assistant came out today to see our dog Bonita for a wellness check and to administer vaccines. Bonita is a rescue and has reactivity and anxiety issues along with arthritis in her hips. They were both amazing with her and were able to get the job done despite it not being the easiest experience for them. We are incredibly grateful for the service they provided!

I have been using House Paws for several years and cannot say enough good things about the whole staff over the years. But I want to take a moment to leave a special review for Eileen the vet technician. This woman is an ANGEL. We recently found out our senior dog is diabetic, and of course we panicked. We were completely lost. Eileen could not have been nicer, more supportive, or more compassionate with us. She took so much time to explain everything in simple terms, she did hands on demonstrations, and she was so kind to all of us. You cannot ask for more than that. Thank you Eileen!

It is never easy to say goodbye to a pet, especially after having him for 20 years. Last Monday, my little yorkie was not doing well, and I knew it was time. My friend had used housepaws and told me how wonderful they were. I called them and even though we were new to them they scheduled a vet to see Barkley around 4:30. His condition deteriorated and he actually died around 2:30. We called them to let them know that he passed and they told us to bring him to the office, when we got there they met us at the side door and put us in a room. They couldn’t have been nicer. They fixed the table with a maroon velvet blanket. When they came in to do his footprints the tech was so gentle and kind. They gave us plenty of time to be with him and say out last goodbyes. If I get another pet they will definitely be our vets. I want to thank the entire staff for being so Caring to strangers.❤

They take great care of your pets here. Just make an appointment, let them know your here. If you have to wait in the car, they can call you in and take you right back. Never had a worry here! Great people taking great care of our beloved animal friends!

House Paws has been our vet for years. We've seen several different vets and have always had top notch care in our home and in their Mt. Laurel office. A week ago our 14 year old dog Jethro was suddenly critically ill, in respiratory distress, and could not even stand or walk. I rushed him to House Paws certain he would not make it. Dr. Lisa Aumiller came out to the car, did a quick assessment to rule out some things, and helped carry him into the clinic. She took charge from the second I arrived with a quiet and calm confidence. Dr. Lisa methodically but very quickly performed several tests and had a definitive diagnosis of aspiration pneumonia in practically no time. She was so kind and understanding, helped me understand what we were facing and what my options were. She knew what he needed, where I needed to go to get that care, and how much it would cost. Throughout our visit, she kept Jethro as comfortable as possible and had a watchful eye on him. Dr. Lisa stabilized him, called the hospital where he could have the oxygen tent, IV antibiotics, and 24/7 care, and sent them all his test results so they wouldn't have to be repeated. She even air dropped me the X-ray pictures in case there were any issues. After a few days in hospital, Jethro is home and recovering well. Dr. Emily came by to check on him and was amazed at how good he is looking considering the state he arrived in initially. She listened to Jethro's lungs carefully, reviewed the medication and treatment regimen we have since hospital discharge, and ensured we have everything we need. House Paws has called several times to check on him as well. I say this with 100% certainty - Jethro is alive today because Dr. Lisa diagnosed him so quickly (despite never seeing him herself before and with limited information as it was all so sudden), explained everything so clearly to me in a way I could understand even in my panicked and highly upset state, and took steps to ensure his care would be seamless. She clearly has an in-depth knowledge of the local hospitals and their services and relationships where she could call/text/email and get immediate responses. All the techs there that day were amazing as well and did things behind the scenes to make thing so much easier, including taking care of the blanket from my car that he soiled. There's no adequate way I can thank Dr. Lisa and House Paws for saving my dog's life and taking care of us in every way from beginning to end. I was already a loyal and happy customer and now I'm their #1 fan for life!

Dr. Page and Raj examined my sweet cat at my home yesterday and I was just amazed at the professionalism and ease we experienced during the visit. They were extremely nice and answered every question I had with confidence. Having a mobile veterinary service just a few miles away brings me such peace of mind. It was comforting for all involved! I’d also like to mention the affordable pricing as well 😄

1.16.24 was one of the worst days of my life. We had to say goodbye to our husky Kristal. House Paws came to our house and explained everything that was going to happen. They answered our questions we had as we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision for our 14 year old fur baby who has been with us since 3 months old. Thank you house paws for making this as smooth possible. I recommend the in home service to anyone who needs to say goodbye to their baby.

Outstanding service and friendly staff! I took Bella (my 9 yr old Golden Retriever) there for the first time last night with just some allergy symptoms. My previous vet wanted me to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, but HousePaws was able to see us the next day from my call!

They did a general exam and found no evidence of respiratory issues, so recommended that I continue with Benedryl / Zyrtec....no "upsell" to un-needed prescription meds!

I have 3 Golden Retrievers and the option to have a mobile visit is very appealing for the annual exams.

I now have a new Vet for ALL of my girls!

I can't say enough about HousePaws after using their services for the first time last week. They came out to see us promptly and were so informative and compassionate. We want to switch from our current vet to them because of how sweet and knowledgable they were. They took great care of our sweet dog and were very professional and kind when they came to get her after she sadly passed. If you're looking for a vet or hospice care, they are who you call. My Bella was in good hands with them and they made me and my husband feel cared for as we navigated a very scary situation. Highly recommend.

My dog Bruno is a big boy weighing in at 122 pounds. He is a gentle giant but becomes very aggressive and stressed out when it came to vet appointments.

We had a first vet appointment with House Paws Mt.Laurel last week in our home. Doctor Sam and vet tech Devon were simply amazing. They were able to give my dog a checkup, vaccines, bloodwork, and a nail trim. I couldn’t believe it!!! I assumed we would have to put Bruno under anesthesia because that was always the way it had to be done prior so no one got hurt.

They worked as a great team and were the nicest people. I highly recommend them!!!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU! HousePaws is amazing! We've done home visits with my two dogs and the staff are so patient and caring. Recently my one pup needed help with her allergies and she has a lot of anxiety and won't walk on a leash. Having to bring her into the office was a concern, but after seeing how amazingly supportive the vet techs and doctors were, I won't take her anywhere else! They open the door for me to help me carry my baby inside and to the car. Amazing care of customers and their pups! Thank you from Holly!

I unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to put my cat down this past week as her condition was deteriorating quickly. After a horrible experience with my own vet of the last 20 years, I found HousePaws online as an at home option where myself and my beloved cat would be the most comfortable. I called that same day and while I was advised by a very kind woman on the phone as I was talking through tears that they would not be able to come out that day, she provided me other helpful resources and contacts for me to reach out to for assistance. Although they could not personally help me and I was not previously a client of theirs, she was kind, compassionate, and understanding of my situation and offered me alternatives to their own services. My cat ended up passing on her own peacefully about an hour after I had called HousePaws, but I will always be truly grateful for the care and kindness I was shown that day. I will be looking into utilizing their ongoing services in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I strongly recommend Dr. Lisa. She has seen all of my families dogs she is the one who helped my dog Buddy who currently just passed away yesterday. Through all his sickness. She always made time to see our dogs and see Buddy no matter her schedule. If you are ever looking for a good reasonable vet the staff at this facility is beyond wonderful. We love them! All the dogs in my life time have gone to them for years. The Tinnes family and Buddy thank you all for everything and doing your best to make sure of our dogs have and had good lives.

They are amazing. They came to our home to send our dog Harley over that beautiful rainbow bridge. They made us feel so comfortable Dr. Sam and her tech were so patient with us, they did not rush us. They are so caring would recommend this company to anyone.
