Giant Fitness

Been coming to this gym for years now, I stopped coming because I feel unmotivated, my younger brother wanted to start his fitness journey so I came with him but literally the first day someone took $300 from his wallet and $150 from mine (probably my fault because I didn’t use a lock, I mean all these years it never happened before) I bought a lock and they still opened and stole $40 from my brother wallet, and tried to used my debit card. The gym as an equipment wise it’s great but they should look into the thieves.

They've repurposed an existing suburban building into a gym, so the lay out is a bit janky. I just appreciate that it exists where it does. It's probably more of a 4-star gym, but the SUPER HELPFUL folks at the front counter easily make bump it up to 5. I only come here a few times a year when visiting family nearby, and inevitably there's an issue with my slightly dormant account or I lose my card. They resolve in like 45 seconds each time. Pro-tip: Finish your workout by 3pm on weekdays (or come after the evening rush). A bunch of local high school kids use the gym right after school, but they have to be home for dinner, so it all works out. Pro-tip 2: Don't use the locker room. Just don't, it's high school kid gross. Come dressed to work out and then leave. They have ALL the equipment you'd ever need.

The atmosphere best described at 1 am was a vast, wide selection, clean, and well-illuminated center.

Welcoming the one whose muscles, they became erected for and could provide the wear; the numerous machines did beckon.

Awesome gym, excellent machine choice, friendly staff, and great environment. The best times to train are during the off hours around 12-4 pm and after 7 pm as the gym floor isnt crowded and you won't have to wait for equipment. Really can't recommend this spot enough

Great swimming pool in Voorhees and love the new Clementon gym.

This is a good place for a fitness freak. The building includes gym with most equipment, isolated gym for women. It also has swimming pool with changing rooms and toilets, massage chair. Even a store for diet is in the building. Has lot parking space. Wheel chair accessible. Good location in Voorhees. A platinum plan give access to everything in the gym, you can bring a guest along with you to the gym.
Overall worthy place for the price you pay.

Excellent gym they have all of the equipment I need to get in shape. The people at the front desk are very friendly. I can see they care about the members. Plus I lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks working out at giant fitness. Plus their massage chair has been. Helping my back problems as well.

Awesome fitness center with lots of hard core training equipment, and a nice pool for doing laps!

I love this gym more than any other. I would seriously move to this town just to have regular access to this gym. The women's area is amazing!!! There is everything you could really need for a good workout and more. There are literally 3 power squat pros in JUST the women's area, alone. I am definitely going to be getting a membership ASAP!!! ❤

I've been to several Giant locations over the years -- been a member for quite a long time -- and although this one wasn't my favorite, they've recently added a "women only" room that is a nice option. Personally I don't mind working out around other men or women, but for many women I think the new space could be the difference between getting a workout in or staying home. I like it because it tends to be less crowded than the main rooms, so I can be more efficient. The staff is helpful and polite and it's as clean as any gym I've been to.

Outstanding gym. This location is 24/7 and has incredible leg equipment, including but not limited too: single leg hamstring curl, hacksquat, and pendulum squat. You don't even need to be a member, admission is only $10 bucks! Best value in South Jersey.

Awesome Customer Service was really Good. They are Pleasanton. I will Recommend my Family and Friends. My Brother is going to be over there also.

Really like this gym. Huge facility with an upstairs free weight section and a large cardio selection. Downstairs. Also has a swimming pool and child care. Only negative thing I've encountered is with the men's changing room always feeling dank and moist. Not a good feeling in the summer.

I am a student in the area looking for a great cheap 24 hr gym and this is exactly what I wanted. I signed up in the summer when they were doing a promotion since they had their grand opening (summer 2018) so there was only a $1 sign up fee, otherwise its $10 a month with gym access. You can pay more to use the tanning, take classes, use the pool, bring guests, and go to other Giant Fitness locations for $20 a month.

Clean huge facility. I go at night so I don't see it get to crowded. It has more testosterone than Planet Fitness but not like an Gold's Gym bougie vibe.

We love Mackenzie's Karate located inside Giant Fitness Voorhees location. They have a great karate program and we attend every Tuesday and Thursday. The Giant Fitness center is also a great gym. They offer a good deal for gym membership month to month packages are available.

It’s finally open, and even though they’re still moving some of the equipment in, I can see that this is easily well-worth the $10/month. Judging by the sheer volume of machines and free weights (upstairs, not yet accessible), you’ll never have an issue with adding variety to your workout or finding a free machine/weight. Not to mention it’s 24 hours on some weekdays!

EDIT: The upstairs is now accessible and is unbelievable. You have to see it for yourself

Conclusion: it’s worth it.

Amazing gym ! I love the staff and we all are like one big happy family !
