My daughter absolutely loves going to the Movement Lab! Excellent staff, they are so fun, friendly and talented, a wonderfu facility, my daughter wanted to give 10 stars!

This place is so much fun. We had my sons 10th Birthday party here and all the kids had a blast. The team who ran the party were very nice. Thank you for a great party!

Absolutely love this place! The staff is so friendly, especially for how amazingly talented they are. The coach's advice is so nuanced to you and what you need fo improve. The community is so welcoming and friendly. 10/10 experience, went back two days after and first time with a member I met who lives in my community. What a fun way to exercise and stay in shape!!

Really fun and challenging class. Great atmosphere. Good range of students from beginners to advanced. Joe was very friendly and helpful. I'd completely recommend this place to any fan of ninja warrior or anyone looking for a challenging but rewarding way of getting in shape

Staff loves their jobs and it shows. We had my son's 8th birthday party here, and every child had a great time. A few children were shy at first to participate, but the staff went out of their way to make them feel comfortable and they ended up participating with big smiles on their faces.

A great place to train and learn the sport of Ninja and a great team atmosphere. Amazing trainers like Clint and Joe help you level up your abilities with a positive attitude. If you are thinking about getting into the sport of Ninja in NJ this is the place!

I started parkour about 2 1/2 years ago, the gym and i both have come a far way. The brand new gym is so fun the trampoline and foam pit are the best way to practice flips. I could not think of a better way to have fun and say fit.

My son loves it here! He is always greeted with positivity and really adores his instructor.

Fantastic staff that gives great instruction. The best place to go if you're looking for parkour or Ninja warrior training that really yields improvement!
